Overall: As per the last review we are having problems with our bosch (10H, 13H or 16H).
The green light for the main burner is not on so I think we have an issue here.
Overall: I have tried to get an answer direct from Bosch and Smart Energy Systems regarding the pilot light issue and a) they neither respond to email, b) Bosch 1300 support told me that all problems were related to it being installed incorrectly.
With pre-sales support like this, you have to beware of post sales. By the way Bosch technical people will not speak to anyone unless you are a registered plumber, do forget about getting a straight answer.
Cons: pilot light keeps going out very couple of days...
Overall: Sounds like everyone is having the same probs with the pilot light going out.
If anyone can email me the source of this problem that would be awesome... 25year old system but i know she still has a few years left in her.(no leaks)

Cons: pilot light goes out all the time, very frustrating
Overall: would not buy 1 in future!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! hated it so much, have to turn it back on so many times a week. Sometimes ready for shower then bang, nothing have to go out to turn it on
The Bosch Pilot Range of gas continuous flow hot water systems utilises a standing pilot light that will supply from 600 litres per hour up to 960 litres per hour.
Available in external models, the pilot range provides endless hot water at the turn of a tap, without the need for a power point. Models are available to suit the smallest domestic needs right up to the most demanding.
External LPG models are particularly popular in country areas, where reticulated gas is not available and there is no external power point. Only heating water when required by the user, the Bosch external range is extremely economical to run and easy to install.
