Stopped working just after warranty ended – Hobs started to give up working one by one from 2 years and 1 month, so just fter warranty ended. After 2 years and 4 months, there is only one working hob left. One extension never worked. So over it.

Review of Bosch 60cm Ceramic Cooktop – Being a touch cooktop I was thinking that it may be a bit complicated after using another cooktop for years that just had the knobs for the cooktop. However, once you are familiar with the workings it is fine. Would recommend this Bosch Product

Perfect cooktop – Awesome cooktop. Heats up extremely quickly and regulates heat well. The electronic touch panel looks scary but in fact it is very easy to use and intuitive. 17 different heat settings which makes getting the right temperature easy. Very easy to clean, especially if you buy a glass scrapper, Cerapol and Ceraseal. The extendable cooking zones are great for wok cooking and big oblong baking dishes. I do not miss my previous gas cooktop at all, it heats up just as fast, is far easier to clean. It does retain heat a little longer than gas but it is a small price to pay for the convenience. The automatic boil function is a little sensitive, I haven't quite mastered this function yet. I do use the auto timer function, e.g. boiling eggs, steaming veges and it shuts off after the time I have set. I highly recommend this produt extendable cooking zone, fast heat automatic boil function I haven't mastered yet

Am very happy! – Looks great, easy to use, cooks well. Has 17 heat settings per "zone" which gives you lots of options. Heats up quickly. The control panel is a bit sensitive if it gets an overflow of water onto it - starts flashing and beeping - but it calms down quickly once you wipe it over. Nice to have the 2 dual zones. Easy to clean by just wiping over - I also use "Cerapol" Ceramic Glass Cooktop Cleaner and "Ceraseal" Ceramic Glass Cooktop Protector occasionally. These work really well, and were only about $5 each at the local supermarket. Looks great, easy to use, cooks well.

Cooks amazingly well; heats and cools in a heartbeat. What I'm really disappointed in, though, is that it scratches so easily. The smallest grain of salt or sugar stuck to the underside of a full pan can scratch a permanent line into the surface. A real shame.

how does it compare to those brands like Electrolux etc?
