Actually I'm using the pods, for sensitive skin, for approximately 2 months, I've discontinued using them because it's absolutely rubbish, scratching irritating skin, doesn't even clean your clothes, and even when you triple the pods in a load, i have to wash twice and even that's not enough. Nope, I'm going back to Surf liquid Show details

Disappointing no more 10kg Buckets – The 10 kg bucket was great and I believe it had the old formula as I wash it in 40 degrees and it completely dissolves never any clumping, Not even in the bucket which is 4 months old. You can't buy it anymore. The most is 6kg, which is very disappointing for a family that uses it every day. I've used this for years. I just changed to a brand called Euco. It's just as good and smells the same, and they are 10 kg buckets.

Not what it used to be – We have been using Bosisto's Sensitive Laundry Powder for a very long time due to my wife an Grandchildren's sensitive skin. Now ever since Bositos has changed their packaging to a bland look, we are now experiencing a lot of calcification when the washing cycle has completed. Our towels do not smell as fresh as they used to either. We have not changed or added anything different to our wash routine. Sadly we will be changing to another brand. Show details

Tested - Cleaning power is terrible! *see photos* – We have used Bostitos Laundry powder for years as it's been seemingly great for sensitive skin unlike many others. The wife had some old gym shirts that she wears that we just couldn't get all the smell out of them. So we decided to try a regular washing powder to see if it made a difference. The difference was shocking. So we conducted a test as… Read more

follows.

-1st photo is of my work shorts. A few years old, but freshly washed using Bostitos Sensitive Washing powder. -2nd photo is of the laundry tub with just plain water just to show water quality/clarity in tub -3rd photo is of the "clean" shorts agitated in the clean water, no difference detected after 10min soak. -4th photo is of the water after the shorts had been soaking for 1hr with 1x scoop of Biozet -5th photo is of water colour after soaking in Biozet for 1hr

My thoughts- I'm not trying to say that Biozet makes an amazing washing powder, but if that's how much dirt, grease, oil, bacteria comes out of my shorts after using Biozet vs Bostitos, Bostitos is... well it has next to no cleaning power in comparison.

I understand alot of people like myself don't use powders like Biozet due to skin sensitivities, but if your clothes are still this dirty and potentially still swimming in accumulated bacteria, dead skin and body oil after using Bostitos, then I would say it has as much to contribute to irritating the skin if not more than harsh chemicals. Imagine having skin sensitivity issues and wearing the same dirty, unwashed clothes every day.. this appears to be what you would be doing if choosing to use Bostitos.

While we still like Bostitos on a skin sensitivity level, we will now weekly presoak our clothes with Biozet and then wash with Bostitos in the washing machine.

So many fake reviews online, you don't have to take my word as gospel, but I encourage you to try another laundry powder. It doesn't have to be Biozet, can be any cheap one on special and test it for yourself. It's only a few dollars to test.

I'm really disappointed in Bostitos.

Calcifies, so many fillers – The powder calcifies. This means there are unnecessary fillers and not purely cleaning agents. Does not clean well, clothes still has bad smell after washing. I Will not buy again. Show details

Product doesn't dissolve, terrible customer service – This product used to be amazing until I purchased a 10kg tub direct from bosistos in December 2019 I opened it a couple of months ago and have had nothing but issues with it. It does not dissolve properly, it leaves massive clumps behind in the dispenser drawer. I thought I would email the company directly to resolve the issue, it took a week to… Read more

get a response where it was suggested I dissolve the powder before I use it in my front loader machine....I'm not quite sure who has the time to mess around doing such a thing and I would not of purchased the product if I'd known that was the case. They also offered to replace the powder with liquid so I took them up on that offer...only problem being they since haven't responded to my emails and I've received no replacement! Complete waste of money in my eyes! Product does not work as it should! Don't waste your money!

All Australian washing powder!! – Please. Take time to hunt this product down. Bosisto's Ecalyptus Washing Powder. It is brilliant!! Dead set!! nothing from Bosisto's at all, just the pleasure of buying and using it. The company is all Australian (made and owned) since 1852!

The powder is all natural and is very low allergy.

You might need to check a few different supermarkets in your area to see if it is stocked. But be diligent in your search because, if they do have it, Bosisto's will be given only one box width of space on the shelves. At around $10 per kg box, it is great value.... Much cheaper than the $5 boxes imported from overseas.

Because when you buy Bosisto's, you buy excellent quality, very safe on skin - low allergy and low chemical product... AND you help keep some of our Aussie heritage alive.

Please help me to keep this Aussie silent legend alive.

Enjoy! ☺️

Saved my health – About three years ago I had the worst allergy. I was stuffed up in the head, my nose would completely block up and I was giving my husband a run for his money in the snoring stakes (no, seriously!). natural remedies, prescription tablets, over the counter nasal sprays, everything, but nothing worked. So then I started a process of elimination, because SOMETHING had to be doing this to me and it had been two years now I was putting up with this, and it was making me sick and tired because I wasn't getting any sleep from not being able to breath properly. But when I changed washing powder - eureka!!! I found the problem. My allergy disappeared within three days, and has not returned. Thank you, Bosisto's, and I just can't tell you how brilliant this product is - everything I wash with it smells lovely, it cleans everything really well, but first and foremost it - saved my health. And yep, just discovered purchasing online is way cheaper than getting it from the supermarkets.

Outstanding product offers fantastic results and is extremely economical to use – We found Bosistos Euco Fresh by recommendation from a few interstate friends when we made the shift from Top Loaders to Front Loader washing machines. We had moved interstate and had not noticed the product available for purchase where we used to live, then had to replace our washing machine after the move, so started looking for a decent FL… Read more

detergent product. You can also use it in TL machines however. I was a bit sceptical at first if it would actually work, as my experience with enviro kind products has not always been good when it came to cleaning and to not irritating skin, but I was really almost shocked at how awesome the product is! I think it cleans better than many other products that cost far more per load. We get at least double the number of washes from each box than the box indicates because we use a front loader that needs so little detergent to clean well and because Euco Fresh is concentrated and not padded out with fillers in each box that do not actually clean.

I believe in general TL require about double the amount of recommended dose compared to FLs to clean well because they use so much more water, which would make sense. So our routine is for a full load in our 8kg FL washer, that we halve the amount recommended for FL's, and if the wash load is smaller than full capacity we reduce proportionally the amount of detergent we need.

We love that there is no skin irritation as half of the members of the family have ultra sensitive skin that is set off by the slightest residual detergent residue in clothing. Its very water soluble and has no fillers so there is no white flecks of junk all over the clothes when done, and the lack of fillers is encouraging for the environment from our research into different options as well as not shortening the life of our washing machine.

Love that it actually cleans. Old clothes are cleaner than ever before. Tea towels that had some stains on them are now actually properly clean. We didn't expect that. We have boys who are little grots that amaze me how they can stain clothing and how well this product cleans those stains off! We had our replacement washing machine die 6 months into use as it was a faulty product, and have replaced that with a different brand of FL, but we are not switching out not our laundry detergent! My Mum has just replaced her washing machine and switched to Euco Fresh herself because we are so pleased with it. So is she now, and she has a septic tank as she lives in a rural area. No dramas. I have become a poster girl for the virtues of this product to all my friends and family.

It was important to us that the product be not only kind to the environment, free of animal testing and free of animal products, but that it also is suitable for sensitive skins. And that it was safe for FL machines. I detest the thought that most laundry products that are dermatologically tested are not tested on people but are still using animals or benefiting from previous testing of animals to produce the products that are suitable for sensitive skins. I am not an extremist animal liberationist by any stretch, but I see no reason to justify why animals should suffer just so we can have laundry products that dont irritate our skins, when there is a choice today. There are some enviro and animal friendly choices out there but not all work well to actually clean clothes, and some irritated my skin and that of my child. We have tried many products to find one that delivered for us. We like our clothes properly clean, and I'm more than very impressed on both counts with Euco Fresh!

We now have a Miele FL now and it washes everything so clean. Stuff we are sure will not wash clean in one cycle comes out amazingly well cleaned. It did so before with a different less great brand as well using Euco Fresh. We routinely use less than half the recommended amount and if we accidentally use more than we meant to, the machine we have tells us to use less detergent, it is so effective! Our machine knows when there is too much detergent for the amount of water that is used with front loaders and it flashes up a message to check how much detergent we use next wash.

Because of this we find we are not going through huge amounts of laundry powder as before with the volume of washing the family produces each week, and that saves us money.

Not just because we can use less but because it gets the clothing cleaned first time around. We do use a stain pre treater on hubby's work shirts for the collars and cuffs as they are generally filthy and would be a huge ask of any laundry product to shift without some help. Most of the time we use water temp 40-60 degrees because we have children that make clothes grotty with sports and school activities. I have seen there is never residual soap left behind in the washing dispenser bin that gets washed during use, even when we do use a cold wash. We always dry the detergent dispenser in the washer before adding any detergent. What convinced me of its awesomeness was how clean the kids socks were after using Euco Fresh, that before were never properly clean with other brands of products we had tried from a range of manufacturers. I think we must have tried a good 10 different sorts of products until we found Euco Fresh. Some required ridiculously huge doses of detergent to use with each load. What was gross was that we realised that for months or years our clothing had not been actually properly cleaned with what we had been using before, and it was shocking to realise the waste of money there was involved and that our clothing was still not clean despite previously using "premium" big brand expensive products, not all of them Aussie owned either.

Euco Fresh is Aussie owned and Aussie made. In this economy especially homegrown and home owned is a great thing for this country- the best option.

I love the subtle fresh smell when I scoop out the powder before starting a load that doesn't make my eyes water and induce sneezing and coughing. Being so sensitive to chemicals I normally simply cannot use heavy fragranced products in the laundry or any other part of my life, and most other products are too fragranced for my skin to tolerate, or if they aren't, they have been tested on animals so I won't buy them.

There is no smell in clothing when the clothes are dry.

Unlike some other products on the market, there is no problem using Napi San to soak biologically nasty stains first or adding a bit of it to a laundry load to boost a really disgustingly dirty load of sports gear as there are no chemical reactions that are dangerous.

We have been using the boxed variety as it is easier to find at Woolies or Coles, but we are so happy with it that we are going to see if we can find a hardware store that sells it in the bulk buy bucket and then dispense some into a smaller laundry container for everyday use, and store the bucket in the garage. This will work out even cheaper than our smaller box cost per load does.

Oh and I want to add, when our last washing machine died, and we were being mucked around by first the retailer then the manufacturer for weeks whilst trying to organise a refund, we had to do a lot of hand washing. It worked brilliantly for that and I really appreciated that with just two rinses by hand in fresh water we had removed any residual soap from the things we were hand washing. And they were clean. Normally when I have had to hand wash before it was rinse at least 4 or 5 times in fresh batches of water, and still the water would be cloudy and there would be bubbles...and overall results were still not great.

We also love that even the plastic liner, the scoop and the cardboard box are able to be recycled when we are finished each box.

Highly recommend it.

I really can't think of a bad thing about this product! Except a minor niggle is that it would be nice if supermarkets and independent stores would also stock the bulk buy bucket super sized offering so it is easier to find. Cleans like there is no tomorrow, no fillers, enviro and animal friendly, Aussie Made and Owned

Best on the market – We've been using Bosito's for years snd won't use anything else. Fabulous for sensitive skin, getting clothes clean and it never ever leaves that caked white powder behind. I've tried all the other brands and none compare. No wasteful huge scoops necessary with Bositos. So yes it lasts longer so it's value for money too. And it's Australian made and owned. It ticks every box. Show details ·  1

I got rid of the clicking (touch wood) by running the drum cleaning cycle on the Asko. Machines without that feature can just run an empty wash cycle on the absolute max temperature in the hope of shifting this stuff. Crossed fingers, it can't be permanent can it?
