Pros: Great little machine...very tough and ploughs through just about anything. Has handy attachments and a measuring/mixing jug and chopper. The blender is also very quiet which is an added benefit.
Cons: The writing has come off the handle...seems to be a problem with Braun kitchen products as I have had the same problems with 3 different items but apart from that small thing...nothing.
Overall: I use this little machine all the time and prefer it to its larger counterparts the bench blender and the kitchen mixer. It is a very basic design but functions very well blending and mixing drinks, cake mixes , egg whites etc with ease. I have had this product for over 3 years and it gets used frequently , it has never missed a beat and is still in good physical condition.
