Excellent – NO OTHER MAKER IN MY MIND COMES CLOSE TO HELPING THEIR CLIENTS In one case, my wife dropped the Braun Opti-Glide Jet 1400w iron 5 years after we purchased it, causing the sole-plate to partially break off from its "anchors"; without any fuss or proof of purchase, their agent was instructed to repair it with all new parts (although I wonder if it's not a brand new replacement ?!)....AND they paid for postage in both directions !!!!!!!!!!!!.......all for free !

In the mid 1960's, Mum and Dad bought a Braun hand-held Hair dryer(German).......now in 2009, it's still working! Was in constant use from new to 1985. Now use it for memories only. BRAUN IN GENERAL HAVE THE BEST TRACK RECORD WITH ME (OVER 40 YEARS OF BUYING/USING THEIR GEAR)
