Breville service centre Ashfield Appliances abusive – Breville has the worst support of any company I have ever seen. The man at Ashfield Appliances (the service agent Breville directed us to) was rude and abusive, and when the problem was raised with Breville they said it was not their problem and despite being a warranty problem they were not interested to help. I will never buy Breville again. There are so many better brands now, anyway. Obviously Breville does not care about us or their customer service nor their obligations under the warranty.

Great cooker but – Happy with the cooking part of it but the manufacturing not so good, have already had 1 replacement and about to get another one for the same problem the plate comes apart and lifts and buckles, not happy about this and Breville don't seem to be too concerned as they only offer 12months warranty and that includes any replacements excellent cooker Bad manufacturing

Excellent little induction cooktop – Bought it to try it out as I was avoiding the use of microwave to heat up my food (microwave dangers and all that). Ordered it through ebay and I loved it straight off. It's a powerful little machine which heats up VERY quickly and I've managed to make yoghurt and melt chocolate on the lower heating as well. Despite the price, it actually tells you if you have a compatible cookware on it or not (I bought a cheaper Chinese make one for my mother in law and that one literally burns the wrong cookware). Loved it so much I bought another one for mum too! Cheap. Reliable. Great little machine.
