Breville Festia DFY25

Good – Besides the fact that the instruction manual is pretty poor this is a great deep fryer.I had to email and did get an answer within 2 days regarding a couple of operatoring things on this fryer.Nice to look at,pretty compact,good size dish for cooking in.It has the cool to touch outside which is a great feature.Power cord is stored within the machine like a vacumm cleaner,which is also good for storing.I found it easy to use(once informed) and clean.And most importantly the food was very good. Almost perfect. Instruction Manual not great
