Best Iron ever – Breville Jetstream Model BIR 300 Love this iron and everything about it - the extra long cord is a bonus...knocked the iron off the ironing board and damaged it so now it has a small leak...Sad I will not be able to buy a replacement as the model is discontinued..

I regret having bought this iron – Firstly it is not a light weight iron as stated by Choice Magazine. Then I discovered it won't move on the fabric. After trying to use it I gave up and reverted to my old iron in total frustration. It would be the worst iron I have ever used.

the worst iron – with the settings it either doesn't take the wrinkles out as not hot enough, the next setting burns the clothes or leaves black marks , patiently using the sprays /changing the steam settings ect . looks like it should be a fairly good iron, but it reminds me of a motel room $5 iron. brevilles worst iron .. for price & value not worth it ..

Rubbish – Having an iron like this is such a disgrace, after using it for a couple of months. there is a layer on the iron that started to peal of onto clothes, it ruined my clothes... Don't be fooled by the nonstick feeling, it's just a "fake" layer that peels of onto your clothes. Not only it leaves residue of black substance. And not to mention the burning plastic when you first use it... Never buying this brand!!

Iron was in fire less than 2y after purchase – Absolutely terrible product, during ironing it started burning inside the body of the iron about 22 months after the purchase, they have twenty four months replacement warranty so at least I should get the replacement one. I was using the other Breville products in the past and will not choose this brand again safety switch kept working all way through Caught fire during the regular work

Doesn't glide as promised – We had 2 irons. One is a very old iron with just an iron surface found on the curb. Another Philips steam iron with half scratched teflon surface (of long use). Both ironed perfectly but looked old, not trendy. So we decided to upgrade for beautiful Breville Jetsteam 2400 Watts Model BIR300 Negative Ioni iron proudly displaying "Smooths fibres for… Read more

easy gliding". What a waste of money! It drags clothes, doesn't glide at all when on hot steam setting. It's heavy as well. "Engineered in Australia. Made in China". We are very dissapointed. The looks Heavy and drags clothes, doesn't glide
