Excellent toastie maker! – This is a what a toastie maker should be, flat, no grooves for food to get caught in, smooth easy to clean surface, non staining and big enough to fit two bigger sandwiches of thicker continental bread. The toasting surface is excellent

much quicker than using a frypan.

We also use it for heating banana bread and even raisin toast that may be too thick to put in a regular toaster. This machine comes away with us when on holidays as it is is so user friendly and can slot into the smallest space in the caravan/car/boat.

It is a healthy means of cooking as no oil is required as the plates have a very high quality non stick coating. In all the time we have owned our machines we have never had anything stick to the surface, and it takes only a minute to clean with the wipe of a dishcloth, even if cheese melts it is so easy to clear away.

I also like the fact that you can make up to 4 sandwiches at a time so less hungry stomachs complaining about waiting as it cooks so quickly as well.

As I mention, this is my second machine so I would have no hesitation is buying again and again and again...let's just hope they don't phase out this model! The surface is very durable and so easy to clean. You can slot it into a small space in a cupboard as it does not take up much room. The slider on the side to give you different toasting options is a bit fiddly, but once you get the hang of it there is no issue.

Excellent – We use our sandwich press really regularly, for sandwiches and home made doner kebabs. I just give it a quick wipe with a damp cloth to clean. quickly and the non-stick means it's really easy to clean. It has an adjustable height setting which means you can cook different bread sizes and other items in it. It also means you don't get all of your sandwiches squashed - there's nothing worse than a paper thin toasted sandwich!

Excellent – One of my best buys, been using for over 6 yrs, still good as new. Top plate is high enough to use for reheating and crisping rolls, paninis and pizzas. Has rim all around to stop food dripping off edge. Quick to heat up, never burns my food because of non-stick coating. Easy to wipe clean with soapy water. Easy to use and clean, versatile. Very robust.

Good – Overall its a pretty good, I just dont like having to 'flip' the sandwhiches over because one side of the sandwhich seems to cook quicker than the other side. Its easy to clean though. is also a bit bulky to store. Quick to heat up. Cooks quickly. Easy to clean. Able to fit 4 sandwhiches in it. Doesnt seem to cook evenly, one side of the sandwhiches cooks quicker than the other, meaning you need to turn them over which you shouldnt have to do.

200 people. Despite the problem with the height adjustment catch mentioned above, the work one has held up remarkably well and still has a pretty good non-stick surface. I find this amazing as it gets some rough treatment. I would definitely recommend this product. The non-stick surface is very durable. Heats up quickly and makes very good toasted sandwiches. Smooth surface is easy to clean. A bit bulky. The height adjustment on the side can be annoying because it slides to the 'melt' rather than 'toast' position when the lid is openend and has to be moved back. This catch is also a little fragile. The one at work broke within a month or so. Now it can only be put on the toast setting.

Excellent – it's a great sandwich maker, but i guess there isn't much to making a good sandwich maker. this heats up quickly, and toasts them quickly. be careful when you clean it the teflon scrathces easily. makes great sandwiches - east to clean and quick to heat up

Excellent – We received this presser as a wedding gift 5 years ago. Although it takes up a room in already limited space of my kitchen, it does plenty of things. presser can be used not only as a sandwich maker. I'm really happy with it. The size of the plate, it fits 4 regular sliced bread and still some rooms. Very easy to clean. The adjustable height of the top presser, I could heat up pizza without the top plate touching the pizza. Probably the bulkiness. But then, you save time by making 4 sandwiches at a time.

just stick to the sanga's you won't have any trouble at all. Simple and easy to use. Makes perfect toasted sandwhiches and other snacks in the comfort of your own home. It is not much fun to clean so I don't use it as often as I would like.

Excellent – Great adjustible grill. Easy to clean althought haven't grilled meat directly on plate. Have cooked meat wraped in foil Great kebab toaster - yummy. Can set top plate at numerous height setting to melt open sandwiches. Good size plate takes 4 std sandwiches or larger deli breads. Heats quickly. Can store upright in minimal space with chord tidy undeneath. Couldn't fault.

these not only for toasting sandwiches but also making the dinner! The plates heat up super fast and you can easily fit 4 slices of bread on it. Aside from sandwiches I have also cooked chicken schnitzel and hamburgers on it! Nothing really, it's great and more versatile that I expected. Although sometimes you have the press the top plate down to ensure even cooking and never leave the top plate up when on and unsupervised. It gets VERY hot.
