Great pram, it should have a second seat option – Wonderful pram that I was very fortunately gifted, I’ve always felt very privileged to have such a beautiful pram. It’s been built well. We go on a lot of outings with our friends and go on a lot of walks. I always found I was the friend easily moving onto the grass when the paths weren’t big enough for two prams. The basket is fantastic,… Read more ·  1

somehow it use to fit in my tiny Mazda 2! Have since gotten a SUV and I have heaps of room for groceries.

The major downside is there is not a second seat option. The pram is built so well and strong that I cannot understand why the brand hasn’t made that option apart from the obvious (they want you to buy the donkey). I’ve spent countless hours looking for a second seat option so that my 23 month old can sit down comfortably when she needs to (the buggy boards would not be comfy for longer periods).

I will literally have to stick her in the basket down below when we get desperate which is such a shame when this beast could totally handle a second seat.

Not bad. Few things that could improve it – I got this as it looked like a good pram in terms of large basket and big wheels for a rougher surface. I did end up selling it as I got sick it not being a single fold, and my son also wasn’t comfortable in the seat (my main reason for selling). Pro’s: - HUGE accessible basket. I loved this feature the most. - big extendable hood. - smooth… Read more ·  1

to push.

- handle rough surfaces and bumpy paths easily.

Con’s:

- I got sick of removing the seat, and having to fold the frame seperately to put in the boot (there is a way to fold with the seat on, but it makes it super bulky).

- the frame doesn’t click and hold together when folded. This meant when pulling out of the boot, it would start to unfold prematurely and I’d often gets bruises on my legs from it.

- pram is on the heavier side, although probably not significantly when compared to most large prams.

- my son hated the seat once he was sitting fully upright. The base of the seat in the most upright position is very flat (no slight tilting back like a lot of other prams have), and he always seemed like his was slipping forward slightly, and the buckles were essentially holding him in. When I got a new pram after this, he was so much happier to sit in it.

The best – We purchased a Bugaboo Buffalo for our second baby and love everything about it! The two main reasons for the purchase was the option of using the bassinet and seat, something that will grow with our son, also the all terrain wheels. It is super easy to maneuver, my 7 year old can push his brother quite comfortably. The extendable handle also… Read more ·  1

means my tall partner can push as well :)

The wheels are strong and sturdy. We have taken it on the beach and also on dirt trails with no worries. Just lock the front wheels and away you go.

The canopy is extendable which is perfect for my baby on sunny days and they come in a variety of colours. The hoods are easy to clean as well. In the same week a bird pooped on my khaki hood and my eldest son accidentally wiped toothpaste on it. Both wiped off with no stain/mark left behind. I also purchased leather handle and bumper grips which added something a little different to the pram.

It is super easy to fold up, but it is a little heavy. Being a pram that size that’s what I expected though. The quality of this pram is top of the range. We are always getting compliments on it and our son falls asleep instantly in it :D

Well worth the money.

Don’t let buying secondhand concern you – We purchased the bugaboo buffalo based on its looks and all terrain ability. Shame these were discontinued but highly recommend purchasing second hand. We purchased our bugaboo buffalo secondhand not long after they were discontinued and have nothing but praise. This pram is not only stylish but has lots of basket space and I use this pram through… Read more ·  1

long, thick grass and a bumpy paddock with absolute ease every day. Turns on a dime which is great when in crowded public places or elevators. The durability and quality of this pram is well worth the price you pay for the pram whether it be new or secondhand.

Quality, style and comfort! – I absolutely love our Bugaboo Buffalo pram! It is everything you need plus more. We used it as our babies bassinet until she was 4 months old she loved it so much. And very convenient, I would just wheel her around the house with me! The big wheels make for an easy stroll if you’re not on the footpath. We live in a regional town and often went off… Read more ·  1

road, the Buffalo handled rocky terrain with ease. Bugaboo is a renowned brand and I have to say has lived up to all my expectations. The quality is second to none. I also love the sleek style, and polished design. I love to get it out and show it off at any opportunity! I find it easy to fold up however it is slightly heavy. In saying that, i was still able to fold it and lift into our car boot all the way through my second pregnancy. It does take up a bit of boot space but is well worth it. I love our Bugaboo Buffalo and highly recommend it to any prospective parents!

Love this pram! – Although this pram is a bit on the heavy side, my daughter is so comfy and the pram just glides. I live in an area with lots of hills and rocky paths down by the river, so was looking for a pram that moves with ease. This pram absolutely does that. Love the big basket and extendable good. Gorgeous design too. Breaks are very easy to use. I have… Read more ·  1

Good – The price is expensive but worth it's money. The Buffalo pram is sturdy and easy to maneuver with one hand. It is not that easy to carry because it is bigger than other pram. Also compare with other brand it is heavy I guessed due to the good build quality which is more safe for my baby.

Worst pushchair ever bugaboo buffalo – Where to start the rain cover doesn't fit easily when it's pouring of rain you want something that goes on quickly and easily ( trust me it doesn't) ventilation holes let rain in , cosytoes sag ( yes the newer version ) when I lie my little one back to sleep her legs are higher than her head ?!! Swivel wheels constantly lock themselves, hood is sooo flimsy! Honestly don't buy this a mother of seven it's the worst pram I've ever had.

Excellent handling.. Takes alot of space – This pram is almost perfect. It handles amazingly, all terrain, go anywhere. The downside it's massive when it's folded up. I have heaps of boot space but not much else fits it with the Buffalo.. It's also not convenient to fold down, you have to separate the seat from the pram and load them separately.

Superior Quality – We have had our Buffalo for three years now. It has covered hundred and hundreds of Km’s across all surfaces. It gets thrown around from boot to boot and it has still never missed a beat. Durability has been excellent. Comfort for both baby and mum/dad has been excellent. The best pram I’ve ever come across – I’ve had my buffalo for 18 months now. I purchased it and not long after they discontinued it and replaced it with the fox. I can not fault this pram. Best Decision Ever – I had looked at various prams and it came down to the I-candy peach or the Bugaboo buffalo. As my husband and I are tall I didn’t want to buy a pram that my son would’ve outgrown by the time he was 1 and so the buffalo it was. Hands down is the best decision I made and even over rough terrain, the pram moves with ease and is very easy to… Read more ·  1

Loved this pram and wouldn’t change my mind if I had the opportunity.

Perfect well priced pram! – I had a bugaboo bee3 which was amazing for quick shopping trips on even surfaces. I upgraded to a buffalo and absolutely in love! 2years later i have not looked at another pram since! The accessories, the size, the ruggedness of being able to use it wherever you need is wonderful! Only downfall is my seat on layback seems to be slightly tipped further back than most. But still a well rounded pram!  Show reply

Heavy but sturdy – Great, sturdy pram which is perfect for rough terrains. It has a tight turning circle which makes it easy to use in busy shopping centres. It is quite heavy though and bulky to fold up so isn't ideal for small cars. My daughter appears comfortable in it. It allows for rear facing so I can keep an eye on her especially if she's having a rough day and wants to see Mummy.  Show reply

great pram - its paid fir itself – best pram that you can get today - hands down we have had this pram for 3 and a half years - by no means are we gentle with the pram. it is very easy to maneuver, fold and pack up. my kids have travelled in this in comfort as the big tyres smooth out the bumps in the foot paths and in rough terrains. we take the pram off road - to farms, national parks, beaches .... The most important thing is that the pram is very stable and sturdy pram  Show reply

Ultimate all terain stroller – It’s not cheap but really worth the price tag. Robust and rather heavy but still manageable to steer with ease. The best pram I have ever used – I didn’t realise there was a perfect pram u til I got a buffalo. I can go walking and not having to worry about falling down a ditch and my child falling out of the pram, the wheel are sturdy as well as the whole pram, I love how big the seat is and it’s positioned at a great height. Easy to use and steer, great sized basket for your nappy bag and shopping. I would recommend this pram to everyone if I could.  Show reply

Best pram, easy, convenient, stylish – I love this pram it’s so easy to use, my daughter is 7 months old and I’m shattered to hear this pram is now discontinued since the bugaboo fox came out. The buffalo is a perfect size, has a huge basket for shopping and room for a nappy bag on the handle. Good quality and I tell everyone expecting a baby to get one! The big hood is also a really good feature and hard to find on a lot of other prams I looked at. Bring back the bugaboo!  Show reply

In love with this pram! – I have had my bugaboo buffalo for over 2 years and my 2.5yr old son is still using it. this issue with the buffalo as it is so smooth and sturdy off-road and you hardly notice bumps.

The pram is very good quality and still looks great after 2 years, especially since you can personalise the pram by changing the hood, adding liners or putting your personal touch.

Would highly recommend the pram for someone looking for a good quality pram to use in or out of the city.

Couldn't live without it – Only been using the pram for a few months now but find it to be sturdy and strong. It's quite heavy because of this, but you get used to it. We bought it because it was recommended and could be adjusted to grow with our baby so we wouldn't have to purchase another pram when he's bigger.  Show reply

Strong pram with good handling – I bought this pram after very careful consideration for my little one. It has very good handling and quality fabrics. To be honest, it isn’t easy to fold, unfold and carry due to the size and how it designed but this is how the pram made stronger than other compact lighters prams.  Show reply

Probably wouldn’t buy this pram again – This pram is OK but after using it for 7 months and seeing other prams that mothers in my group have, I wouldn’t buy it again if I had the chance for the following reasons: 1. It’s too heavy. I had an emergency c-section and could not lift the pram for the first 6 weeks of my baby’s life. 2. Last month I slipped a disc in my lower back. I… Read more

believe a contributing factor is the weight of the pram and getting it into and out of the boot of my car.

3. I don’t like that I have to separate the seat from the frame in order to pack the pram into my car.

4. The straps annoy my son. The constantly rub into his ears and face even though they are adjusted to the lowest level.

Overall, it is a good pram. The wheels are excellent. We regularly take the pram “off road” and it does really well. However if I had to buy another pram, I’d buy the Uppababy or the Redsbaby.

Great quality product – Love this pram, certainly worth the price you pay. It is great quality and so easy to push. The design is great with lots of room and it handles all types of terrain with no issues. It is a large pram so has a bit of weight to it & does take up some room in the back of the car other than that it is perfect.

A life saver ! – I absolutely LOVE this pram. Pure quality and well built... the only reason it’s 4 stars would be due to the weight required to lift it in and out of the car (I’m a small person anyway so really notice this!) it’s wheels are great for off-road which is perfect as we recently moved to the country ... If we hadn’t I might have be got the bugaboo bee to be a bit easier on my back. Lasting well into our second kid so far!

I Love this pram!! – Very well worth the huge price tag, this pram has lots of room, is easy to put up and down, clean and steer. Apart from being a little heavy to lift, this pram has been fantastic! I am pregnant again and intend on staying with the bugaboo range due to its fantastic quality!

Love, would recomend to others – Purchased second hand from a family friend, absolutley love it. Easy to maneuver, great for off road tracks, great underchair storage. Only downfalls are is a little on the heavy side, takes a bit to get the hang of folding down and have to remove seat every time putting up and down. Great quality and worth the price bugaboo asks.

Amazing Pram – We purchased the Bugaboo Buffalo Classic Collection for my baby. we had a little trouble on some sandy ares trying to push the pram (we later discovered that locking the front wheel would probably have made this much easier). It is quick and easy to setup and put away in the car. It is a little on the heavier side but I don't find putting the pram in and out of the car an issue. We are currently using the bassinet with the pram and it is a bit bulky in the back of a small SUV, we don't have much room to put anything else in there. We are hoping when we move to the seat there will be a little more room.

The main reason I wanted to buy the Buffalo was so we could have a pram that would grow with our child. The frame is extremely sturdy and it will be able to support my child as he gets heavier. Everything is extremely well made.

Excellent all-rounder – This pram is awesome. Great to maneuver, all terrain (I went on an 'accidental' bush walk with lots of rocky paths with it even, lol!), and has a great storage basket under for shopping. Love my buffalo – Over the past few years I have had a few (a lot) of prams. I love that the buffalo is as close to an all rounder as I have found. Great shopping basket, comfortable for baby (even as she gets bigger), great outdoors, on grass etc. Very sturdy and well made
