Labelling can be improved as it can be hard to identify which product is which - they use a generic bag with multiple product listings on the back with an expiry sticker in the relevant column. The white print on light coloured bag is very difficult to read. The company should definitely consider using a darker text colour.

For a week they were operating on the basis they had sent the wrong order and their attitude was zero #%* to give and their tone is super passive aggressive. My regular stockist had none in stock and weren’t sure of their next shipment. I purchased with 3 weeks of my last powder not knowing how quick BP would deliver.

After finishing my old protein and then using BP product I contact them. The first issue was the taste, the second issue was the intolerance I was expecting on the product. I was told that I can’t be refund the product or exchange because it was past 7 days. Nor didn’t they investigate if they had accidentally put the wrong batch stick on the incorrect ingredient. Thank goodness it was an intolerance and not an allergy, as it wasn’t taken with consideration.

Don’t buy these products as they’re poor quality, with even poorer quality control and customer service.

probably become a staple. I got the vanilla whey protein and it also actually tastes good in a smoothie with some yoghurt and berries. Good prices. Fast shipping. Wide range. Quite a lot of info on the product packaging, but they don't always respond to questions.

Regarding customer service I have asked a couple of questions using their form and got one or two answers but not always getting a response. Maybe they're swamped from too many questions? I don't know. They also send emails after every purchase saying they enter you into a prize draw for a review and you'll get discount points against future purchases but most of the time it seems my reviews don't post and I don't get the discount dollars, but I still get emails asking me to review, so that won't be happening any more. Also, they have answered a couple of questions I posted about the products on their form, which was nice, but haven't got answers at all to a couple of other questions. And if they don't respond to the form / email questions, then you have no contact with them. It's a black box.

So there you go.

I've recommended this company to anyone who will listen (my friends are pretty sick of me going on about them LOL), but they really make fitness nutrition un-intimidating and easy to navigate for newbies and experienced gym-rats alike.

Good value and quality – Ordered this as a plant-based way to get more protein into our breakfast smoothies and to help keep us full until lunch and it's worked perfectly! Taste is very neutral. It's very finely powdered, mixes well and disappears completely into the smoothie. I think I will order 2 bags next time for even better value.

When I have products sent to customers that arrive damaged etc. I either send them another one or at least give them a discount. Don't be fooled by the old and bot reviews. Also the loyalty program is absolute rubbish lol

Poor customer service and lack of care – The product is pretty great to be fair, but there were very significant delays with shipping. There was no initiative or even updates from the team, no accountability (just a million excuses and throwing blame) and not even a slither of compensation for a 3+ week delay. It definitely deters one from ordering again when there is a very clear lack of care.

Love the stevia, good price point – This was our first try of protein powder hence I did a bit of research.
