The product looked damaged or old. Customer service told me I should pay extra for express if I wanted better tracking. Not good enough. Not sure if what I paid for is even viable to use. Really disappointed as these guys were recommended and great reviews prior. Unless those are fake.

it didn't give me diarrhoea, I was constipated. I would take it first thing in morning as a breakfast substitute and at lunch but it didn't give me a sense of being full as I would normally would be with just a bowl of cereal. This would leave me being cranky and irritable until late afternoon because I've just started the day on an near empty stomach. After trying to pass a bowel movement that involved me placing my hands on either side of the cubicle wall and forcing out what felt like passing out a watermelon, I had enough! Switched over to taking Metmucil and I'm pushing out t#rds with ease! I keep getting emails asking me how was my delivery experience and if I could rate it, but why? point in the last few months they’ve moved their distribution from the US to South Korea. Not only does this take longer to arrive, it costs more to ship. Even worse, according to iHerb they now have to separate 3 bottles for postage (2&1) claiming this is due to Aus Post carrier limits so I get to pay TWO postage fees! The bottles are not heavy and would fit in one box and would not be limited by Aus Post. Auto deliveries are now being cancelled as they no longer work out to be the fastest or cheapest. The double shipping fee more than covers any price difference elsewhere

First order was a waste of money and I accepted it but then I was put on hidden subscription and when I reached out to customer support for returning/cancelling the order that has not yet reached me, they refused. this product and it is not actually registered with the Aust Therapeutic Administration under any name . That means it has not been safety tested or approved . Who knows what is in those capsules I took . If it was approved by the TGA there would be an AUST L on the bottle . I emailed the address on their website regarding this and received no response .
