Terrible Customer Service, 3 weeks and no camera – Have had to log a complaint with the ACCC. I have serious concerns that this is not a legitimate business. There is no avenue to talk to a customer service representative, they won't even provide call back. E-mails are sporadic and provide no information on the status of my order. 3 weeks and I have not received my camera or a refund.

Go to office of fare trading for help – I interporate this company as a shop window only that will take your money with no guarantee you will ever see a product. good, Return messaging to me from Live chat was delayed by up to 10 min and the gaps in the chat caused a massive issue when the operator cancelled my order. Finally I spoke to another operator who gave very good service. I would buy from Camera Sky but would NOT do Live Chat again. Never.

Suggestion: TALK to your customers.

Dont Buy Anything From This Company – I purchased a Nikon Dec2017 and it malfunctioned Oct 2018. Aust telephone numbers have been cancelled and can't contact via email as my carrier says they no longer exist. Its a scam so keep away.

Don't do any business with this company – I ordered multiple products back in March 2017. I informed them that they hadn't completed the order in Dec. 2017. They wanted me to sign a disclaimer to get my money back, which they still haven't delivered. It is now Oct. 2018, and I am still haven't received one of the products I ordered.

Fraudulent do not buy from this company!!!! – Bought, paid, Did not receive. SCAMMING people is not a business, but they only tell you they don't have the product and have to back order it after you pay and then they don't ever deliver on it.

Fraud – I ordered a DOBBY DRONE and I never got it after a month, I sent a email to them and I received a automatically respond saying that we cancelled the order and they will refund the money but never received anything..

I got scammed – I ordered a camera over 3 months ago and the goods were not delivered to me. Their phone lines has been disconnected. NSW Fair Trading has had several consumer complaints. out of stock and would I like to wait or receive a refund. I chose to wait. I should have realised then that this was a scam because if it took them TWO MONTHS to tell me they had no stock, then they never had it in the first place. In April I sent them an email advising I was not prepared to wait any longer and I would like a refund. I received an email saying it would take 25 business days. On their website it said 10 business days (now it no longer says *anything*). I waited the 25 business days however, then sent them an email. They did not reply. I sent them another email a week later saying I would report them to the ACCC if they ignored my email. Again they did not reply. I tried calling them via the number on their website and it was disconnected. I have now reported them to the ACCC and they have advised me how to take my case further. I don't know if I'll get my money back but I will make sure they are reported.

Totally dreadful! – They sold me an Olympus OM 5 Mk.2 at a good price. After a week it stopped working. Under “vendor warranty” their workshop then ruined it beyond economic repair. Now they just don’t answer my emails. Avoid at all costs,

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING – This is a terrible site. Paid Over $500 for a lens. 7 months later I still have no lens or refund. They had no stock and still allowed me to pay. them. I sent them email, call them, however no one reply me. Then I report the company to fair dealing waiting for another month for the refund. However, they didn't contact me as well. Next, I just contact my bank and tell them what had happened. Finally, after another month, I received the refund. So, do not deal with this company. If you have the same situation like I did. Just report them to the fair trading and tell your bank what happen. Banks have greater power to deal with this transaction and probably they can help you to collect your money.

IT'S A SCAM – DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY. I purchased a camera from then for just under a thousand and after 4 months of them lying to me over the phone saying oh they have had issues but it's on it's way only to find out they didn't have the camera I ordered in stock and then I have been in constant battle with them for my refund since December. On top of that, they have the worst customer service. Do not purchase anything from them.

They took my product back for repair, then ceased all communication – Absolutely appalling customer service. I spent months trying to get them to replace or repair a faulty camera flash I purchased from them. After the finally responded enough to take my flash back and examine the problem, they ceased all communication, and now have both my money and my flash. I have filed a complaint against them with Consumer Affairs. This has been months of hassle.

Avoid – This site is a scam. Pay them at your peril. They do not deliver any goods and trying to get a refund from them is impossible. I had to ask the bank to assist with getting a refund for a camera I never recieved. I got no updates from them ever but on their website, the camera I ordered was out of stock.

Imagine the worst business of your life and double it – I purchased a nikon D500 and a lens from them, but never arrived, never refunded(awaited 1 month to receive the camera, 3 months to get the refund.) Later I got the refund from the bank after 5 months from the original date of purchase) Never recommend to anyone.

Camera Sky that they would refund me but their system was down so they weren't sure when the refund would happen - my bank finally disputed the sale on my behalf and I finally got a refund! So don't stop trying to get your money back. Get your bank involved, they can help you get a refund.

Terrible customer service – This company has failed to deliver a phone which I ordered within a 2 month period then has failed to refund me my money. I am still waiting for any action after 5 months.

do not buy anything from CameraSky – bought a sony camera in feb 2018. they said they have them in stock but the camera never gets delivered. i asked for a refund, but it has been more than a month and i have not received my refund. they have also disconnected their phone lines, hotlines and online help chat. i have submitted a transaction dispute through the bank and hopefully i will get my money back. Please do not buy anything from them!

Scammers – Camerasky are a bunch of liars, they said they will process my refund this month and they never did because they suck. Please do not buy of this scam company they will only steal your money and not ship your item and not refund you any money.

(days/weeks/months/years) I received an email five days later saying they could not even provide me with that information. After waiting for two months, today I have cancelled my order. The online operator told me that for the last few weeks, they had been undergoing "system enhancements" and this would result in delays to processing my refund. I was told to expect a refund within 25 working days. That's 5 weeks. I then read some online reviews of Camerasky, only to find out they have been telling people the same story for over six months, possibly for years.

Over 900 1 star reviews. More than all other reviews combined. That says it all.

If I do receive my full refund within 30 Calendar Days, I will be taking legal action.

(Knowing of course, that these disputes take up to 8 weeks and if you don't make your claim within a certain time frame from the order date...you're buggered, because banks won't accept the disputed charge!) several times to get some update I decided that was not worth to continue waiting. So, I cancelled my order hoping for the best, that would be my refund.

It's more than one month now and when I checked back the CameraSky website, I noticed that they removed the online support chat, their phone numbers are disconnected and there is a huge risk of their contact email go to nowhere.

They are stilling our money!!!! Get away from these guys!!!!
