Pros: Being someone who is VERY technologically illiterate, I have found this camera to be easy to use and user friendly as well as a good looking sleek camera. Taking photos is basically point and shoot, and the functions (such as zoom, flash, night / action shots) are easy to find and use. Even the video / movie function of the camera is easy to use. The photos are of very good quality.
Cons: No real negatives, however it is a fairly basic camera, designed more for the novice like me than for real professional photography.
Overall: Overall, an excellent good looking camera for someone who basically just wants to point and shoot. I have had this camera for a couple of years and it has been round the world with me and survived !!!

Pros: At 7.1MP, images are superbly captured. Not a tiny detail is lost. You could use your high speed USB 2.0 to send those pictures off to your computer. Even night portraits are clearly captured, with the assistance of an on-panel indicator.
Cons: Camera's body is too smooth and solid. There's a tendency that it would slip out of your hands, unless you hold it securely. Also, wide angle images are a bit of the soft focus and the large screen keeps you from properly maximizing a holding space.
Overall: Wide angle images a bit soft focus.
