Pros: Inexpensive, makes a nice tasting cappuccino, good quality.
Overall: I got my little CEBO 50B coffee machine around April 2011, it was a birthday present from my husband - unfortunately I got pregnant not long after so I was drinking decaf coffee for 9 months but I am back to full strength now and love the taste that freshly ground beans create.

We tend to mainly drink Cappuccinos and the occasional long black which this machine is great for - if you drink flat whites etc you wont get them automatically from the CEBO, but you can make them - their manual does explain the process. Knowing my husband very well he would have researched every machine on the market before he bought my CEBO so I can assure you he would have got value for money - hes Scottish so watches every penny!

For the price we paid the machine is unbeatable value and produces a great coffee.

Pros: Nice tasting cappuccinos, very easy to operate
Cons: Had an issue with courier company (TOLL IPEC), but this was sorted out once we contacted Cebo.
Overall: We mainly drink Cappuccinos on a daily basis so it was nice to buy a home cappuccino maker where we can try many different fresh coffee beans. We have been experimenting with different beans from various roasters for a few months now and we have settled on a nice blend from The Coffee Company, which we buy online.

The Cebo is easy to use – all we do is attach the milk container which we keep in the fridge, press the cappuccino button and the Cebo makes a nice cappuccino. We have preset the cappuccino settings to match our mug size, so we use the same size mugs all the time in the house and it fills the mug perfectly each time. This makes our cappuccino taste consistent every day.

After the cappuccinos have been made, we remove the bottom part of the milk container, place a glass of water under the milk pipe and hold the cappuccino button down for 7 seconds – the machine then flushes fresh water through the milk frother so that all milk is removed – this takes about 5-10 seconds. We then put the milk back in the fridge and leave the machine till we want to use it again. We do give the inside of the machine a wipe out every day or so as we are pretty fussy with cleanliness, but I guess some people that are not that worried about the inside of the machine may not do this that often.

We also use the separate milk frother every now and then for a hot chocolate – nice to have that option.

Overall we are happy with our purchase and have recommended our Cebo 50B to many friends who have visited us for coffee.

Pros: Good coffee. Have made almost 800 coffees now and hasn't missed a beat so long as it is cleaned properly. Pretty easy to clean.
Cons: Must remember to immediately initiate rinse cycle for milk frother (although a quick easy job) after using milk brother. Drip tray can overflow.
Overall: I was considering spending quite a lot of money on a coffee machine as in our household we go through at least 3-4 cappuccinos or lattes a day. I was wary of this machine because it was so much cheaper, but after reading a few reviews (early 2011) and looking at their site decided to take a punt.

We have had the machine since June 2011 and other than a minor problem with the milk frother (which we discovered was our fault for waiting too long to flush it out after using it - has to be immediate rather than minutes later), the machine has been great. We enjoy experimenting with different beans (fair trade of course!). Although coffee aficionados may scoff at using an automatic coffee machine, I've had people tell me it's the best coffee they've ever had!

There are limitations in the settings insofar as, for example, if one person wants a weak cappuccino and the other wants a strong one it is not straightforward. You pretty much have to agree on settings, put them in and then leave it. We usually make cappuccinos but it is also easy to make long and short blacks. Our daughter likes the milk frother for hot chocolates.

I imagine in an office environment someone would have to be delegated the job of cleaning and emptying drip tray to prevent spillage etc. as it does need to be maintained (not hard but someone has to do it!).

Possibly the best recommendation came from my Italian nephew-in-law who, on a visit to Australia, had a short black at our house and genuinely enjoyed it and asked for a second coffee. His sister owns a coffee business in Italy so that's a big compliment!

Pros: Great Tasting Coffee, Easy to Use, Great Price
Overall: I bought my CEBO Coffee machine back in November and have really been enjoying the taste of fresh coffee at home. I did used to drink instant so I guess its hard to compare the taste against fresh coffee beans, but I will never go back to instant coffee again I can assure you.

I did alot of research visiting Harvey Norman and Myers to look at coffee machines first hand, but I just found a large gap in price between the CEBO machine that was offered online and the machines offered in store - the CEBO was much cheaper but had similar features, and it looked much more stylish that some of the ones I looked at in store.

I do like the ease of buying online so it was a no brainer for me.

I mainly drink Cappuccinos so the whole operation is basically one touch, this suits me down to the ground. I use the separate milk frothing function when my sisters kids stay over as I make hot chocolates for them - this is a very easy operation as well and a bonus feature I was not expecting.

The company seemed very responsive when emailing them and the delivery to Brisbane was overnight which really surprised me.

Pros: Price, ease of use, ease of cleaning
Overall: We purchased this coffee machine after watching the reviews on-line throughout the year. We have had our machine for a couple of weeks and so far can't fault it. It is very easy to use and clean and the coffee is actually hot! Our kids are enjoying the seperate frothing function with makes it very easy for them to make a hot chocolate. My husband prefers a flat white and by the use of this same function it is also very easy to accomplish. We were dubious because it was so much cheaper than the known brands but am glad we didn't spend $1000's because this machine is fabulous.

Pros: Makes lovely coffee
Cons: Too much cleaning and wastage of coffee.
Overall: I ordered the coffee machine not knowing it was a long weekend and received a very prompt email to advise me of this and that there would be a delay of a day - having said this delivery all the way across Australia to WA was very quick.

As others have commented there is a lot of waste of unused coffee - i will try adjusting it but still think it is something that shouldn't be happening. Also the grounds mostly make it into the waste bin but a lot do miss. You really have to clean the insides out once a day (as recommended) and the waste tray seems to fill with a lot of water and needs emptying after making 4-5 coffees. I honestly don't know where all this water comes from? You also have to ensure that you do flush the milk lines after each use - my husband is a bit negligent with this and it has meant extra flushing and cleaning - agh!

Having said all this though it does make very good coffee and although there is a lot of cleaning involved the actual coffee making process is much simpler than many other machines.

I think for the money it is very good value and as long as you don't mind cleaning up it is fine.
