Poor communication, organisation, logistics and price. Late delivery; which to organise with CEVA was like pulling teeth. The tow truck driver at delivery didn't have the hand brake on, whilst the car was on the back of the truck as he didn't know how to use it. ASAP and dumping it in my court not parked properly.
The whole process from start to finish was woeful, and the cost ballooned from the moment the seller dropped the vehicle off, as I guess I was stuck with Ceva from then onwards.
This is the second time I've used CEVA and I've been very happy both times. The staff try very hard to work with you to ensure hassle free on time delivery. I highly recommend CEVA for your vehicle transportation. Show details · 1
Vehicle was delivered to a different depot, I have spent almost $1800 to get to collect my car with more flights and accomodation just to wait till Monday to collect. previously. As I had no pictures of this in their Car Depot Adelaide it isn't covered Nor did they, only photos of each corner of the car. So sills are never photographed yet would be a common site for scraping whilst loading. I was then accused of making a false claim as Ceva found photos of my Corvette online conducting my New Super-Car Experience Business stating no damage is visible in it SERIOUSLY???
The Clown who picked it up is seen being a fool placing it on the Truck hanging out the window for a photo whilst possiblly causing this damage I believe.

CEVA dropped my triumph motorcycle and damaged it at their Perth depot in December 2024. Here we are in August 2025 and the payment to the repairer has not been despite CEVA acknowledging responsibility. They keep saying that the payment has been approved but not processed. Damaged side mirror (like totally knocked off, had to replace it) during transport and no responsibility taken, despite us having clear photos that show our car not been damaged on pick up. told that it was scheduled to be picked up the on the 4th day after 2pm keeping that they close at 3pm and apparently it has too be washed inspected and then they ring you when you can come in and collect it. I shipped the car from Perth to Adelaide with CEVA using their enclosed transport. Car from dealer was truck then rail from Perth to Kilburn SA and finally trucked to the CEVA depot at Wingfield SA. staff were great to deal with and chat. I would also like to call out the offshore call centre that changed the pickup dates from the car yard and then changed it back both times at my request. They answered my calls made the necessary changes and contacted me back to confirm they had gone through. Thanks to the CEVA Team as reading these reviews you can get very nervous but my first hand experience was great.

Car was picked up 6 weeks ago and still not delivered. This is using their supposed preium service. First claimed that they lost the key, however communication throughout the process has been terrible. to connect me with anyone from the Operations Team. They eventually ghosted me and didn’t reply to emails. It sat for 7 days at the Victorian rail yard before it magically moved the day after I complained. Then it sat for another week at the port in Geelong before I rang the port directly. I was told and emailed that my car was being made a priority and yet it was 16 days late. There should be some way all these complaints can be investigated and this company held accountable. People have paid good money upfront and entered into a business agreement with CEVA and in return have been left with no answers, angered and frustrated.

This company is a joke. You cannot ever get through to their Operations Team, only to customer service agents who aren't native English speakers. They don't pick the car up on the date arranged. They don't call you as arranged. They don't honour the pickup details as arranged. I wouldn't recomment using them unless you have the patience of a saint. Show details

Communication was a bit poor, so it took longer than we expected for the delivery. The vehicle arrived in mint condition and the driver was absolutely fantastic. He called at twice to let us know his eta. He gave us plenty of time to inspect the vehicle and was very courteous. Show details

anticipating that the vehicle will be delivered as scheduled, low and behold it was not. I had to call the day before and enquire for myself ETA. then only were we told that the car will only be delivered on 8 May, this incured us extra costs to hire a car for another 2 days. Eventually we did get a call, telling us that our car will be delivered on 8 May between 07.30 and 09.00, intial call. Then we received a call by a person who told us that the car will be ready for pickup in Baldivis and if we are residing in Rockinham this would be easier for delivery, we agreed. When my car arrived, the driver, opened the car door manually and had to jump start the car to get it off the transport vehicle.My husband querred this and the driver became really angry and rude. This is a new car and my husband and i could not believe that a new car had a dead battery only after 2 weeks and a bit if transit time and i had my Quasqui for 6 yrs and only then was my battery changed! We had to get RAC to evaluate and they had to replace the battery with a new battery. We just relocated to Perth from Melbourne and we know that this very unacceptable especially that you are paid to do your job and we entrust you with our vehicles. It is my opinion that you seriously improve on your customer care. Very dissaponting CEVA!

Disgraceful customer service – Purchased a new car from a dealership in Wagga. Dealership organised transport through CEVA to our address in Newcastle. It took only 4 hours to get from Wagga to their holding yard in Sydney. I have now been waiting 7 days for it to travel the last 2 hours to my address in Newcastle. Terrible from start to finish – Terrible from start to finish. Had car transported from Victoria to Perth. Truck driver missed turn off to the estate and rather than going around the block, needed my wife to drive over a kilometer to drop off the car, and then had to walk home. follow up myself. Was told the car was still in South Australia. Then got a call late that afternoon, saying the car will be dropped off by 8:30am the following morning. At 9:00, had a call saying "Ive come to pick up your car" Rang CEVA, and was told they could not find my car and keys. Car eventually arrived by 11:00am by tow truck. Tow truck driver did no post inspection check, or asked for a signature. Never again will I use CEVA. You should be embarrassed by your customer service!

CAR ARRIVED WITH A DESTOYED AUDIO SYSTEM AND A DEAD BATTERY – I wish I had read the reviews before I hired CEVA to move my car. The dates of the car arriving kept changing which was bad enough but when my car finally arrived, it arrived with a CRITICAL battery (term used by RAC when I had to call them out). battery error, my complete audio system has been destroyed. I can't listen to the radio, play a CD or USB etc and this is going to cost a small fortune to fix.
All of this could have been avoided by a one second job to disconnect the battery. I put in a formal complaint but that process is a joke as CEVA stands by its lack of concern for their customer's belongings and maintained that they would never bother to disconnect the battery to avoid this problem. I have now read dozens of reviews where customers have had similar experiences to me and yet, though CEVA replies to some of these negative reviews, their standard business practices do not change to rectify problems they are aware of. Don't use CEVA if you don't want your car damaged.
