Horrible service and rude staff – Was with the for 11yrs. Their service is disgusting and all staff are rude. They don’t care about their customers. If you ever come to claim anything know that they will make your life a living hell and try every means possible to get out of it. This company is an absolute joke. Stay away

The return is worst of the worst – I have been with this company for 6 years. After checking my balance recently, I realised that the current balance is more than 5K less from my contribution. the six years. Besides, the transaction history doesn’t shall how much money you have lost from investment unlike my other super fund which shows everything. My other super fund has made more than 18k investment profit in a similar period of time with less principle while this one can’t even keep my contribution money safe.

Wouldn’t join unless big fees and $0 balance are your thing – Wasn’t even with them for a full day and was charged fees on top of fees with no service provided. Customer service isn’t helpful with every staff member contradicting one another with mostly incorrect information. They aren’t interested in anything other then lining their own pockets full of money they’ve scammed off hard working Australians. Wouldn’t recommend ClubPlus Superannuation to anyone.

Awful – I recently got my first job and work part-time and the insurance I didn't ask for has reduced my balance to zero. I called to ask to cancel it and the man on the phone was condescending, saying the fees would be offset if I made more money which I can't due to full time study. Would not recommend to anyone unless you have enough money to afford the fees. The automatic insurance should be more clearly disclosed.

Terrible service – The staff were incredibly rude over the phone, and it took me several phone calls and follow ups to have my super transferred out. Take your super elsewhere.

No frills fund that gets job done – A fund that does not sponsor reality TV or footy clubs! The measure of a good fund when it comes to cost is the direct fees and indirect fees. Every PDS has an example that accounts for both and anyone who cares about not being screwed over by hidden costs should compare funds on that.

Service still needs to improve a tad, but they are a safe fund. They are more transparent than other funds about fees Contact Centre staff can sometimes be stand-offish
