Fantastic Pram – We got this pram from a recommendation of the store sales person. I tried using it in the store and loved it. We've used it for 3 years now, and onto our second child. It's lightweight, so even holding a child on one hip I can fold the pram up, and lift/swing it into the boot. I can easily steer it with one hand if I need to. It's easy to… Read more · 1
open and close. It doesn't need to be assembled in parts to be used.
It's narrow so it fits those narrow aisle in department stores and tight spaces.
My daughter could still sit in it and use it when she was two, so I didn't have to buy a separate stroller, as we were going to have another baby and the first one was going to be walking around instead.
The basket on the bottom is great for putting things in. It's not big, but it's not squished under the pram so it's easy to get things in and out.
I bought some hooks and attached them to the handle so I could hang my bag on. I also got a cup holder to attached but as I could only find a material one, it's a bit flimsy. I also got a mesh bag that I velcroed to the side of the pram and it is a very handy bag.
I got a rain cover for it and tried using it. I don't know if the packaging had instructions or not, but I didn't have it anymore anyway, so I found it very difficult to put it on the pram. I wasn't sure which way I was suppose to put it on and how to get it to fit nicely. I eventually tried a way that covered majority of the pram after searching on the internet.
If you flip the handle so you're facing the baby while pushing, it then because really hard to steer. The wheels that are now at the front do not rotate and are only fixed to go straight. So the back wheels can only move freely.
I also found that I couldn't hang toys with clips onto the roof of the pram, as the roof is soft and isn't strong. So you can't hang any of the lamaze toys. Light, easy, quick to open/close, reliable, marrow steering when handle is flipped is hard. Needs more accessories availble designed for the combi prams like cup or food holders.
Great stroller – I hadn't hear of Combi... As a first time mum I spent a lot of time researching strollers. I found the Combi reviews and was really impressed with how positive their reviews were. And after receiving my Combi, I can see why. Super duper light. And despite it being so light in no way does it feel flimsy - feels very sturdy. To reverse the handles… Read more
is easy. The only negative thing I had read about the Urban Walker was that it was more difficult to steer with the handles reversed. So, I was prepared for it to be a bit of a pain. Seriously, although it isn't as smooth as the original way it is really not that bad and you can get used to it pretty easily. The canopy is huge and the material inside is really soft and I like that it is machine washable. I really like the blue and grey! Nice and bright and reasonably priced too. I would definitely recommend this stroller to others and I'm really happy with my purchase. Lightweight, smooth steering, reverse handles. If you register with the website your warranty is extended to 24 months.
Looks can be deceiving – We bought our Combi as first time parents and were pleased with its lightweight and small compact size when folded. Since then I have become bitterly disappointed and regret my initial lack of forethought. The pram is noisy, rattles, and now, 2 years on is difficult to steer with a toddler in it (even a lightweight 12kg toddler). It is… Read more
impossible to steer one handed and I have found no accessories (ie. cup holders, stroller bags, etc) that fit the handles well.
Rearward facing is a joke as it is impossible for even a short statured person (156cm) to take a proper walking stride.
The hood covers my son's line of vision when extended, and even as a small toddler he still hits his head on the inside of the hood. The hood also does not protect his legs from the sun when extended to its full length.
Would not recommend for anything but a forward facing stroller to be used solely inside a shopping mall. Lightweight, can fold up/down with one hand, folds down to compact size for car, can remove and machine wash most upholstery. Expensive for what you get, rattles and shakes makes for a bumpy ride, hard to keep control on ground that slopes away perpendicular to pram, our 12kg (i.e. small) 2yo bumps his head on inside of shade hood when pulled down and he can longer see out, I am short statured and and even I can not take a proper stride when stroller is in backward facing position. Purchased rain cover fell apart after only 3 uses and does not cover toddler's lower legs.

So easy to fold - fold with one hand – So easy to fold. I bought a double pram for baby number two but I couldn’t get it in and out of the car so I couldn’t wait to use the combi again. Easy to wash the different parts too. The best invention in prams ever! I highly recommend combi.
it's perfect – I really like how lightweight this pram is and I can single-handedly close it to put it into my car boot with my baby in hand. It really helps to fasten the whole process. It is easy to move around in the malls due to it's compact size. I am very happy with my purchase.
The perfect lightest pram/stroller in one! – I seriously researched just about every model available in Australia and this one ticks all the boxes. I really wanted to find the BEST pram for my firstborn with all the features required for a newborn (i.e reverse handle and fully reclinable) with the wieght of an umbrella stroller to last until my baby is a toddler. I had a steelcraft before… Read more
this one and this is a DREAM in comparison to that old chunky thing, its HALF the size and folds down and opens up A LOT easier!! I also tried to use my brothers combi miracle turn which was more
expensive but this one was cheaper and better as it suits tall people.
What I love mostly about this combi is that I can pick it up with one hand while i'm holding baby, I can fold it with one hand AND open with one hand, it stands up by itself once its folded which is VERY HANDY when you have your hands full, it has reverse handle, every fabric comes off so you can wash it all, the canopy comes RIGHT down, it has a peek-a-boo window, its breathable on her back so she wont overheat, high handle for my tall husband to push easily, wide-set wheels so you won't kick it when your pushing, its got a big basket below that you can easily access when its fully reclined, it fully reclines, its VERY sturdy even though its so light, its so small but baby sits nice and comfy in it, its Japanese make so I trust the quailty.
The Prestige Urban Walker is more expensive but I don't think it's neccesarry. It's exactly the same as this Urban Walker but comes with a foot warmer and extra padding. My baby sleeps comforatbly in it already and if it gets cold she's usually swaddled with a blanket.
Edit: we are still using this pram 5 years on with our second baby. Still in love with it. Apart from some logo's rubbing off there is hardly any wear and tear on it all all! It has seriously been the best baby purchase we've made! Sadly Combi stopped selling in Australia though, but if you can get this pram second hand I'd highly recommend it. Mostly I LOVED the colour! It really stands out, I dont think the pink one is available anymore but the orange or blue is also beautiful. The biggest pro you'll notice is the light weight, and this isn't even the lightest Combi model, there is a 4.5kg avaiable, but this one caters for tall people the best. Also I took it travelling and was impressed that through the airport it was so easy to steer, pack and lift by myself. It withstood the rough baggage handlers at the airport to. Wish it had a cup holder. Also it may be a bit less smooth on rough terrain, but every detail is to make it as light as possible, which means smaller wheels. It didn't bother my baby at all though.
So versatile – We love our Combi! We got it cheaply second hand and despite giving it a walloping every single day, it is still going strong. It got a bit mouldy when I left it in the rain but no big deal! It's been on holiday with us several times and the extra-large zipped bag is especially good for fitting in lots of extra baggage!
Very lightweight, Easy to fold, Durable and convenient – Combi strollers are the hidden gem of strollers. Yes, they are a bit pricey but you pay for excellent lightweight design and stacks of convenient, well-thought-out features, typical of Japanese products. The stroller turns in very tight spaces, folds at the flick of a switch and a bit of a shake, and can be carried over your shoulder as most… Read more
models are only 4 or 5kgs. Other products simply don't compare and if they do, they are at least twice the price. We sold our four year old Combi for $150. People love them. The only negatives are that the handle could be longer to avoid kicking the wheels as you walk and the frame could be slightly more rigid to make it easier to steer on uneven surfaces. But these were minor issues. Value for money, convenient design features, lightweight Difficult to steer on uneven surfaces because light frame is not rigid
Great stroller – We've got the stroller 2nd hand from or cousins, it's 4 years old and still in great condition. It's easy to clean and the customer service was great when I rang up to buy a new seat cover which wasn't expensive. It's easy to fold and open with just one hand and very light to carry up/down stairs plus it fits our car's small boot. Also,… Read more
since the pram is quite narrow compared to other models it's very ready to maneuver in most shops.
Another plus is that it can be used from birth as the seat lies almost flat. The reversible handle is nice to have but haven't used much because it's a pain to steer the pram in that configuration. lightweight, stands on it's own when folded, compact hard to steer when reversing the handle to face baby, lack of accessories
Combi Urban walker – We have had ours for 4 years and its on the 2nd baby now and still going strong. We have never had one issue with this pram. When we first bought it no-one had heard of Combi but I am seeing them everywhere in the last year or so. Its light, can close with one hand and I can carry it and Bubs on the bus easily. Fits in my car and easy to use.… Read more
I love my combi. light, comfy, can have it rear or foward facing, easy to clean, the canopy is great Not many accessories, would have liked a foot boot and a cup holder.
Excellent stroller for city living – After buying a comparatively huge stroller and not being able to easily fit it in the car, lift it, fit it through narrow spaces or in our apartment, we were after something we could actually use. This Combi was perfect for us. I use the one handed fold down all the time when I am holding my little one. And I can open it while holding her too. It… Read more
fits everywhere, including our tiny car. We can carry it up and down stairs with ease while carrying out toddler and the hood gives great sun protection. The only downside is the slight challenge pushing it when the handle is reversed, but we didn't use this mode very much. Light, easy to open and close, compact, fully reclines, washable seat cover. Didn't enjoy steering in reverse mode, although it was tolerable.
Almost perfect! – I really love this pram it is almost perfect! I have used it since the birth of my daughter and will be able to use it till she no longer needs to use one. It is light, compact, can recline to any position between fully laying down to sitting the canopy comes right down making it perfect for sleeping infants and has a footmuff to keep out the… Read more
cold. The only downside is the manoeuvrability when baby faces you. light, compact, one hand fold, full canopy manoeuvrability when baby faces you
Long term investment – I researched my prams and strollers so much that my husband thought I was addicted to pram websites. After hours of deliberation and consultation I went with the Combi Urban Walker. Even though every second new mum out there seems to have a big wheeled tank of a pram you can bet that they will be fed up with its weight and over-sized proportions… Read more
by the time their child turns 1 and they will be out there buying a smaller more manageable pram. I went with the Combi as I know I will not be trading it in for anything better. If I end up wanting an occasional walking pram then I will get a second hand one. But for now the Combi is a dream to transport and handle, it's got great maneuverability and my little boy loves to be in it. Great colour for babies as most bulky prams are black, so easy to use, lightweight, great reversible handle The basket is a tad small however unless you go with a tank your not going to get a big basket on any lightweight pram.

Fantastic stroller – This stroller is fantastic - I have a 3 wheeler pram which is not at all practical to take to the shopping centre (weighs a tonne) so have bought this Urban Walker stroller. I really love the reverse handle as my baby is not a good traveller and she is so much happier now she can see me. I also love the fact that the stroller is so light and… Read more
fits into my boot very easily unlike other strollers I have had in the past. The canopy is great as it extends all the way forward and my baby can sleep which she has never done in any other stroller or pram so far. Reverse handle, lightweight, easy fold
Lightweight Stroller – I had never heard of Combi strollers until I went to a baby fair and had someone come and recommend it. I found the urban walker to be the lightest and easiest to fold particularly as I have bad shoulders. Everyone that sees the stroller loves the colour (orange and grey) and ease of use. Another plus is the price as I didn't want to spend $$$$ on a stroller. Lightweight, value for money Difficult to steer in reverse mode
Excellent – This has been the best purchase for us. We had test-driven so many prams and none felt right. We were making too many compromises with each one. The Combi is so easy to use. It is light and compact and the hood that covers the whole pram is just brilliant. Well worth buying! It is light and very easy to manouver. The one hand fold / unfold… Read more
feature has come in handy on numerous occasions. I absolutely love that this stroller stands upright on the wheels once folded. We have a small car with a small boot so the fact that the Combi is very compact has been a life saver. We love that the canopy folds down over the whole pram - great for sunny or breezy days or just helping to put my daughter to sleep. There has never been a problem with narrow isles out shopping as the Combi is not wide and bulky. We have had many compliments on the bright and vibrant colour. Tricky reverse steering
Great light-weight stroller – I have used the Urban Walker with my niece. It is a very light weight stroller which can be easily packed/ removed into/ out of the car. The seat seems comfortable for the child (my niece has been using it from birth until now, she's now two). She can still sleep in the stroller comfortably. The stroller can be pushed smoothly with reversible… Read more
handle (particularly useful when the child is unsettled). It also has 'windows' which allows you to check on the child when the the stroller is fully covered. I guess the downside of the stroller is that the storage space can be somehow limited and it does not have cup holders for beverages. But the light-weight definitely outweighs the cons. I have recently purchased one for my baby. The colour options is limited however it is bright and vibrant. light-weight, reliable storage may be somehow limited
Meets all my requirement – The pram is very light and fits in the carboot yet still have some space for other things. With my back injury, it is easy for me to manage this light pram. My son loves it too. He loves sleeping in it while I can do my shopping. I am loving this. Light, easy to use, reliable. Hard to swivel in rear mode. Basket could not fit baby bag.
Love it. Absolutely fabulous!! – Family travels a lot so it's very easy to fold up and pack away. It's so easy to fold up into the car, you can do it with one hand while still holding onto bub!! It is lightweight, easy to steer and reasonably priced. Would definitely recommend it to my friends. It comes with a massive shade cover too which is good when baby is snoozing.. Not… Read more
so good if you go "off-road" with the pram, as it gets stuck easily, but on pavements and any flatter surfaces, it's fantastic. Easily collapsible, fair priced not good for off-road purposes
Quite good – Very lightweight Easy to handle But difficult to push when rearward facing Would recommend to others Easy for others to recognize in a crowd Lightweight, reasonable price
Perfect stroller from newborn to toddler – Love this stroller! Has everything a parent needs. Suits from newborn to toddler, with the option of rear-facing (which is rare in small/lightweight strollers). Very lightweight. One hand operation to fold and unfold. Fantastic! comfortable for baby and toddler. Can be tricky to steer in rear-facing until you get used to it, but then it's great.
Compact, lightweight and funky! – Living in a small inner city upstairs apartment, the urban walker is perfect for me, as it is compact and lightweight. I also love the funky design and colour(orange) of my stroller. All in all, good value for money and I look forward to using it for years to come!

Feather light...its great...simply awesome – Being first time parents.....we did not have any idea about the strollers on market...but the sales lady at Baby buntings suggested us to buy Combi Urban walker and we bought it. Truly speaking that time we had no idea about how good it was. But now after I have used it for 6 months, I am loving it. It's the best thing I bought. Light weight,… Read more
compact which means easy lifting and doesn't take much boot space. Also, its very smooth to push. It's definitely a city stroller, perfectly named Urban Walker. Worth the money spent on it and very convenient.
Just ok! – Convenient to load and unload from the car when i travel alone but inconvenient when you do have some shopping to carry. My mommy hook keeps on sliding down the handle of the pram when not in used. I can't really hang my nappy bag as well. Overall, i bought this pram simply because it's light and has reversible handle Light, reversible handle The handle is too short. Not suitable for tall person
Lightweight, compact and easy to use! – We have a small car, and I am quite small, so we didn't want a cumbersome pram that we would constantly have to wrestle with, so we knew we were looking for something light and compact. We did a lot of research and shopped around, and decided to go with the Combi. It was lightweight, so easy to use, and came highly recommended from fellow… Read more

We also love the way it stands up and is easy to store in the corner of our apartment. Light, compact, great design, love the extended warranty We liked the colours better in the previous range.
best choice on the market – After much shopping around and deliberation we chose the combi urban walker due to it's light weight and ease of use. We really like the one handed folding action of the stroller and the extra large canopy is fantastic. We felt it was the best choice on the market for the price range. light weight, large canopy, compact, easy to use. Would have loved to have been able to purchase this stroller in a more neutral colour like the other combi models.
This is good! – We love this pram, very easy to steer one-handed and very light weight, it weighs around 7k i think, which means you can lift it with a newborn inside it very easily. My bub is 7 months old and I can still carry him in the pram upstairs. Its great for getting the train and for small shops reliable and inexpensive
Just love it!!! – We wanted a value for money stroller, lightweight but well built . The choice was clear - Combi Urban Walker. We also love the fact that the canopy is large enough to fold down over the whole pram. Light weight, compact and value for money It is tricky to steer with the baby facing towards you as we tend to kick the wheels. But after a while, we got used to it.
Ultra light and ideal for small spaces – We love this pram, very easy to steer one-handed and very light weight, it weighs around 7k i think, which means you can lift it with a newborn inside it very easily. pram. The handle is reversible, which is good, but not so great for walking with, as you tend to kick the wheels as you walk. The carry basket underneath is also very small. This is the easiest pram to fold up, with two buttons on the handle, so you can actually fold it one handed while holding onto bub. Would fit in even the smallest car. Also has a great sun canopy, you can pull it almost all the way down, so its great to block out the sun, most other prams you need something draped over the hood as well. Very light, very easy to maneuver small carry basket underneath, not so good on rough terrain
Great Design – I find it really easy to put in and out of the car, lightweight and very convenient to push around. I would definitely recommend it to my friends. lightweight
Lightweight but big on features – I purchased an urban walker second hand earlier this year as I was looking for a lightweight stroller to take overseas. My daughter was only 5 months old at the time, so I wanted a stroller that could recline and also ideally had a reversible handle so she could face me if unsettled. My other pram was a 3 wheeler and so did not allow bub to face… Read more
me, which I realised over time was quite a drawback. I did a fair amount of research before purchasing the combi, and the stroller has more than lived up to my expectations. The narrow wheel base means you can fit through train ticket barriers, shops and supermarket aisles with ease. Handle height is surprisingly high in forward facing mode, though it is lower with the handle reversed. Many of the train stations in Sydney do not have lifts, but the stroller is so light you can just carry it up the stairs. My daughter is very comfortable in this stroller. While we were travelling she would generally just fall asleep in the stroller at nap time and I could pull down the large canopy and keep pushing her around while we looked at the sights. Now we are coming into summer the canopy is great for keeping the sun off her face. Overall this is a very well designed product One hand opening, super lightweight compared to most prams, very comfortable for bub, reversible handle, excellent shade canopy Not a great for regular use on grass or very uneven surfaces, harder to steer in reverse mode
Compact, lightweight & bright! – I bought the Urban Walker becuase it is really compact and lightwieght which is great because I live in the city. The bright colour makes it really stand out when crossing roads so is a great safety feature. great, comfortable and light – Well this would be my 5th pram/stroller and I absolutely love it. I have always gone for big heavy ones too hard to fold and lift. very comfortable and comes in a range of bright colours, but most of all extremely easy to fold and lift into car and also stands on its own. I can just reverse the handle and let him look at me until he is settled or asleep. Comfortable, light weight, easy fold, reverse handle Feet hit wheels when in reverse, but not a problem as I knew about this prior to purchasing
Light and easy to use – We have just started using our Combi Urban Stroller and love how light it is and how easy it is to get in ad out of the boot of the car. nervous first time parents so this suits us well. The only issue we have found is that when the handle is in reverse position we tend to kick the wheels. Also, an extendable handle would make the stroller more comfortable for us to use. lightweight, easy to steer, full hood can be pulled down over a sleeping baby handle a bit too short when in the reversed position - requires an extendable handle
