Awful Experience – We purchased a table through Complete Pad which when we received we found to be faulty. Firstly, the table was delivered while we were away. table was uneven, so you could not use the table because the top was not level so when the legs were attached they did not all reach the floor. Like at a restaurant where you have to stuff coasters under one leg. We had to do that with a $2700 table!

I called Complete Pad to advise & ask them to pick the table up & refund our money.

[name removed] was never rude but she was not helpful either. I was continuously told that she would need to speak to her supplier, to which I said it wasn't my problem.

As we were the customer to them what they did with their supplier was of no concern to me.

These conversations went on for a week, asking me to send pictures of the problem, measure the legs, etc. etc. Before she would confirm that the table could be picked up.

Eventually it was agree that the table would be picked up on the Friday & that we would have a refund by the Monday/Tuesday.

The table was picked up over a week ago. We are still waiting for the refund & now [name removed] will not answer my calls.

Absolutely disgraceful & we are going to be lodging a complaint with the department of fair trading.

I would definitely warn off using them.

The table quality was awful. A $2700 table should be checked PRIOR to sending it to the customer!!! It is not a small deal when all 4 legs do not reach the ground.

AND then the way that this has been managed from a resolution point of view has been even more disappointing!

Love the stools and the service! – I ordered three Fresco barstools and just I love them. The service given it was over the holiday period, was excellent, and they always kept in touch with me re the availability and delivery. Highly recommend The Complete Pad and they had a great range of products to choose from. Great service and product.

purchase from Complete Pad without getting confirmation of product and freight, I have no longer been left with a negative feeling about them.

My experience was completely unsatisfactory. I would not buy something from this site again due to the following number of issues that arose:

- It took 2 months for the product to arrive, one month after the supplier had received it. There was no communication from Complete Pad regarding the delay except to the extent that I initiated it.

- I did not receive an email confirming the details of my order - just that I had made an order. Further, there was no option to review the order on the website, so once ordered and paid for, I was not at any stage able to look at what I had paid for without trusting their computing system, which as below should not be trusted.

- There were many number of issues with their website, ranging from minor to major. For example, the phone number on the Customer Care page was disconnected; the freight policy was confusing; the website switched to the default colour lamp after I had selected a different colour, which meant I received the wrong colour lamp.

- Communication was difficult to establish as no-one answered the phone.

- The freight policy was confusing. The initial invoice did not contain freight - as I was surprised to see this, I looked into it and they advertised free freight. I tried to find their freight policy and, after reading it, assumed that the free freight applied to my item as I did not see a "pink banner" and there was no freight charged on the item. I then received an invoice for freight one month later. Fortunately, as the item was delayed, Complete Pad had subsidised some of the freight charge - otherwise the cost of the freight would nearly have been the cost of the lamp, and would have meant I should have bought the same lamp from a different site.

If you really want something from this site, I would recommend:

- Confirming by email (so there is a written record) the exact item you ordered.

- Confirming by email (so there is a written record) the cost of the freight prior to purchasing.

- Crossing your fingers and hoping for a smooth transaction.

Fab service and beautiful fabrics – I ordered upholstery fabric, and received great customer service. My fabrics arrived much more quickly than expected, and look fabulous - I can't wait to start using them! Colours were accurate to those depicted on the site, and the prices equalled or bettered what I could find elsewhere. I hope to be back for more in the future, and highly recommend Complete Pad. Fast, reasonable delivery charges, good prices, great service.

Just could not be worse. Non existent service, shoddy products and interiminable delays – I read the previous review and thought...have I reviewed this business before? over 3 times the promised delivery time : their reply to my critical email included "In the way our business operates we do leave a lot of the responsibility on our suppliers to send products out in a timely manner and perfect condition so our customers can receive their order and enjoy it as soon as it arrives." ie, you pay and then you pray. The company has set itself up as an online business and that anonymity seems to allow them to disconnect from their customers who become merely "orders".

To quote the previous reviewer exactly:

"If you don't care what state your goods turn up in, or when they turn up, by all means use this company. If time and quality are important to you, go elsewhere".

Amen. Amen.

Very Happy Atilier Tv Bench – I loved dealing with [name removed] at Complete Pad who kept me informed of progress on my delivery as it was not in stock at the time. Great purchasing experience – I ordered 2 items from Complete Pad. 1 table and 1 console. The table turned out to be out of stock, but other suggestions were offered which was nice. I ended up staying with just the console which arrived earlier than anticipated with free delivery. Poor Service, Extreme Delays – I cannot tell you how bad my experience has been with this company. First order was delayed multiple times (I was told this ship crashed, but then it was ok and would eventually reach our shores with my lights). Second order - I tried again because I loved the item so much, arrived late but only a little so I didnt mind, but was damaged (corner of the chest of drawers crushed in)

Third order - yes, I went again, hoping for third time lucky has still not arrived. I have forgotten how many months have gone past. The shelves were delayed once, and then again. But there has been no apology, no credits or reimbursements or even recognition that this is not an acceptable way to conduct business.

If you don't care what state your goods turn up in, or when they turn up, by all means use this company. If time and quality are important to you, go elsewhere. items seem unique and special on the wbsite poor service, extreme delays in delivery, itmes damaged. And they are not cheap either for this poor service

Love Complete Pad – I recently purchased a storage unit which was even more beautiful in person than I thought it would be, it's perfect. Also, a lot cheaper than all other stores I looked at. The ladies at Complete Pad were amazing and so helpful. Everything ran really smoothly, I was constantly advised of updates to my product and delivery was really quick. After that it got easier and more satisfactory service was received, even though i was billed for the delivery before i had a chance to select to collect the item from the supplier. I am so thrilled that not only did I get such gorgeous couches but the price was excellent and the service and delivery was very timely.

I would recommend Complete Pad and I will definitely be shopping here again. Competitive prices, A very large range of really nice interior design products, an easy and satisfying shopping experience. The photos for some of the products were a little small to really see some products well. There was no option to pay by EFT in the shopping cart but I got around this by emailing them directly and placing my order that way.

I also went furniture shopping in physical shops but became completely dismayed at the excessive runaround time and all to MAYBE see what you half loved. Wow.. Gone are the days that u need to spend your time and energy driving all over sydney to look. I am honestly a complete convert... pay the excess to have the purchase overnight courierd, they referred me to their terms and conditions which absolves them of all responsibility related to having to stand by their promise to deliver the goods in a timely manner.

I would never recommend or refer anyone to use the services of Complete Pad or Touch Interiors. Very, very disappointing. They have some nice products on their website. Terrible customer service, slow to respond, quick to pass the buck.
