Works well – I inherited my dishwasher and it works fine. I haven't read a manual but I just use the short wash cycle and my dishes are fine. I'm looking to get it serviced as I'm not sure of its age. I like it as I have had no problems

Rubbish – Put a load on.. Went to work around 9:30am.. Got back home at 8pm and it was still on and washing?! Read a whole heaps of reviews and they all say the same thing!! You literally have to manually change the cycle/timer otherwise it will just keep on washing!! What a waste of money, water and electricity!!

What a rubbsh product – I wish I had read the review before I purchase this rubbish product. The knob stick and does not go to the next cycle and has to do it manually. What waste, money down the drain. Never ever buy any products from this brand. Just stay away from this product and do not get in to the traps that I did Does not go to the next cycle automatically .

Dishwasher – So glad that I have looked through reviews was minutes away from buying a dishwasher til I seen reviews, i had to explain to the lady that was selling this dishwasher that i was going to pass on dishwasher, as i'm sure its not her fault but i did feel terrible for saying that i wanted it desperatly for $150.00 then passing! Thank you for submitting reviews.

Worst Appliance Purchase Ever – All I can say is that I am glad I was not alone!! Ditto to all the previous complaints such as no longer heating and gets stuck during cycle. Plates come out as dirty as they went in. What a joke trying to get repairs or parts is!! Looked quite good Absolutely Everything

Good – Had it for 18 months (sold with the house) and it never broke down. Used it all the time and it worked brilliantly. For how much we paid we were totally happy with it. CHEAP CHEAP! Bought from Kmart for $70 as was only one of 2 left. Should have bought them both. Always had it set on intensive wash. Some brands of tablets did not dissolve, so… Read more

my solution was to chuck it down the bottom of washer instead of in the release container. This worked and it always washed nicely.

Terrible – Awful junk. Conia service no help. Based on the other comments, will leave on the street for someone to pick up and get something better. Looks like a nice stainless dishwasher Timer gets stuck in wash and rinse cycle and heats up like an inferno. Great if you want something to melt all your plastic stuff. Leaves a chunk of detergent in dispenser or in the bottom of the dishwasher.

Terrible – Absolute Piece of sheet, wouldn't wish one on my worst enemy.I Do not know how they can make something so unreliable Cheap Same as above it stopped working just outside of warranty. Mine is a Conia clone, , 'Dome' brand. Kmart sell the Conia thing. Problem is the switch that stops the dishwasher when you open the door, it burnt out. $60 for a… Read more

Terrible – K Mart should take responsibility for the disgracefull treatment of its customers by conia. The conia dishwasher is a cheap pile of crap and should have been withdrawn from its stores. K Mart were very unhelpfull both times till I threatened them with consumer affairs.Dont buy K Marts cheap brands I beg you. I give them credit for making it LOOK… Read more

Terrible – This is a disaster. How am I ever going to be able to face my wife again? I should have let her choose it. But no - I had to be the cut price hero. Looks OK; Cheap Looks like it has forgotten how to stop. Seems to have difficulty dissolving the dishwasher tablet. Oh - and it refuses to wash the dishes - just like the kids.... do.

Terrible – Worst dishwasher ever. Kmart sucks! The timer cycle gets stuck and has to be moved manually and the dishes come out no cleaner than when they go in. NEVER BUY CONIA or from KMART!!!!!! None. It was cheap. Nothing good about this dishwasher.

OK – I bought this dishwasher 11 months ago but after reading the reviews on here I have made a concerted effort to do the dishes by hand most of the time! The ten times I have used it have proved alright except for the length of the cycle, such a long time it seemed endless at first. There is adequate space for stacking the dishes and cutlery and… Read more

the dishes were all clean at the end. I did have trouble with one brand of dishwasher tablet not dissolving but then I switched to a cheaper generic brand and it dissolved ok. Appearance. Takes too long.

Terrible – The manual was poor, but I found a better one on the internet from a NZ label, that sold a similar model. ("Conia" is just the importers name, of course) See Parma PD6-PSE http://www.parmco.co.nz/index.php?pa_id=28&pr_id=172 I managed to get it cleaning quite well. - raised the upper tray to allow space for full-size dinner plates below -… Read more

be careful when pushing the upper tray in that the water connector mates properly

- put a little powder in the small recess for the prewash. This was not in the manual, but makes a big difference.

- I connected it to the hot water supply. (Be careful its not too hot.) That may help.

Now after a few months, the timer is sticking in the rinse cycle. I need to manually click it once, and it goes to drying.

Conia is broke, so I will need to persue K-mart for warranty. was cheap - at $150, K-mart was desperate to clear it. They didn't tell me the importer was going bust.

Terrible – I wish I had purchased a real dishwasher don't buy one of these even if it's free it will cost you a fortune to run oh.. it has a one star rating.. It looks like a dishwasher Purchased from K-Mart, timer sticks all the time, first time it went wrong two months after purchase, i put on in morning, went to work come home it was still washing, oh… Read more

did i mention it doesn't actually wash either, soap dispenser seal breaks & powder just sticks in tray, throwing a bucket of dirty water over dishes is more effective.

Terrible – I would never buy a conia product again no matter if they were the best in the word due to their absolute lack of customer service. Not poor service LACK OF SERVICE. Product gets my biggest thumbs down ever Lokks like a dishwasher breakdowns times two in less than two years. Conia service worst ever encountered. Get that ! THE WORST

Terrible – This was the WORST appliance I have ever purchased! It moved muck from the plates & stuck it on the glasses. As the saying goes, you get what you pay for........well I only paid $200, but I was still ripped off. Replaced it with a Smeg, like I should have done in the first place. Like like that it's now in my garage, not in my kitchen! EVERYTHING!

OK – I paid $350 at KMART for this diswasher about 2 years ago and I havn't had a problem with it yet.Looking at the other reviews I have been lucky that it hasn't broken down. It cleans the dishes and glssware really well but I have it connected up to the hot water supply, maybe that is the key to getting a clean wash and this is the same for all… Read more

dishwashers. Washes the dishes and glassware really well. There is also a hot temperature wash. Smaller than the normal dishwasher and the runners are sticky when pulling the baskets out.

Terrible – With the amount of water Im wasting (and paying for) by re-washing things that should have been clean the first time around, I should have bought a better more expensive brand. It really is true, you get what you pay for. I have had it only 8 months also and was kicking myself that I cant seem to find the manual/warranties/reciepts but having read… Read more

the rest of the comments about their customer service, Im beginning to think even if I had them, it would not have made a difference given their dodgy customer service skills. NEVER AGAIN! Cheap! NEVER washes properly! For some reason there is ALWAYS a gluggy, claggy lump of powder left in the dispenser after every wash, therefore everything is half covered in soap scum at the end of the cycle and needs to be re-washed.

Bad – Didn't get much use really - not everyday anyway. Looks great, works well (when it DOES WORK !) Absolute nightmare to try and get service for it. Should have spent a bit more and bought a decent one ! Price - looks good broke down after only 8 months - control panel u/s

Bad – I hope it lasts the Warranty period! Why were K-mart so keen to get rid of it? Maybe if I haggled more, they would have paid _me_ to take it away? Cheap. Got it for $150 in K-mart. Looks good. First wash OK. As it came, I couldn't fit dinner plates in. Fortunately realised the upper tray can be pulled out and put in higher up.

Terrible – poor performance was noticed almost immediately, after the warrantee ran out so did the dishwashers ability to work as the on off switch developed a short and everytime you tried to turn it on the power went out, tried to get it fixed and repairer was unable to get parts for it saying that parts were not available anywhere, so had to go out and buy… Read more

a new one, made me feel totally ripped off!Cheaper may be easier on the pocket but I recommend people spend that little bit extra and buy something more reliable, the extra money spent will actually save you in the long run. Looks good and is well priced & affordable,a big attraction for low income families. doesnt wash very well at all,had to rewash a lot of items by hand, glasses came out very dull & a total waste of time putting saucepans in it

Terrible – Looks are not everything, cheaper is NOT way to go. Wish I could say it was great but I wouldn't buy one again. Don't rush in like I did. Save, save, save buy a brand you know and trust. Terrible – Cannot recommend conia dishwashers. The product was unreliable and their service provider completely unprofessional. warranty before it died permanently 3 weeks later. Dealing with their service office was an absolute nightmare, they evaded my numerous calls and requests for service over a number of months before I finally called the retailer to complain. Should have done this to start with. I had a new system within 2 weeks, another conia unfortunately as we did not have the $ to upgrade to a more reliable brand. Have had it for 3 months so far, fingers crossed we'll get a longer run this time. Will never buy conia again though.
