No spares available for Conia washing machines!! – I bought a Conia washing machine and within 2 years the door latch broke and since then i cannot find any electrical shops who will order/ get this particular spare part.for it. i was annoyed that this washing Machine - ( even though it is a cheap brand) should definitely last more than two years! price It continuously vibrated, it did not last the time expected a washing machine should.

Terrible – Do not buy this product, it is faulty. Pebble Electronics will not tell you they give a full-refund through the retailer; they will make YOU pay for repairs instead. cheap as chips.... but at least chips serve their purpose! This product is faulty. After purchasing this washing machine, it broke down after 13 months of use (just 1 month outside the 'written' warranty). I was told by the manufacturer I needed to pay for repairs (parts were free under the 2 year parts warranty), we paid $100.00 for the washer to be 'fixed', it broke down again with the same problem 2 months later. I dealt directly with the retailer, who were told by the manufacturer to give a FULL refund for this product and return the product to them. The manufacturer would not disclose why they would offer a refund for this product, to the retailer or to us, a consumer of their product. We were very 'put out' by the customer service provided by the manufacturer 'Pebble Electronics', who did not let us know that this product was 'faulty', instead they insisted we get it repaired, TWICE!!! On top of this, we had to wait over a month for the repair job to be provided, we were out of pocket with laundromat costs, excessive handwashing and little communication from the manufacturer. I do not understand why this product was not recalled, it is still being sold and being bought by unsuspecting consumers, who spend $500 of their hard earned money on a product which is NOT merchandisable quality. If you have any queries regarding warranties, deal with the Department of Fair Trading and the ACCC. The written warranty has no bearing if the product is faulty!!!
