number, I was able to send an email which gave me reassurance because they answered quickly and gave me an update which made me feel a lot more better about the company professionalism. The tracking number did come as it reached the Melbourne warehouse and I was very satisfied to be able to see more updates on my package. I’ll be buying off this website again, keeping in mind it may take long to arrive. An advice I’ll give is if your buying as a gift buy 2 months or 1 month in advance. only one thing that is not bad, but is important to know: as the best things make you wait for them, when you ask for a parcel you must wait between 2 and 3 weeks to have it. But the rest of the things, are excellent.

The perfume did arrive and I loved it. However I had to wait over a month for the delivery to be made which was really frustrating.
Never buy from this bunch as they will deliver when ever they like . I've bought a few items from Cosmetics Now and I've found them to be great at every count with updates each step of the way. The only thing is that sometimes it can take quite a while to ship items coming from overseas to Australia so you may be waiting a while though once in Australia it's generally fast. In addition the label on the package was incorrectly addressed - sadly someone was unable to copy correctly from my order. Meaning instead of a 5 minute walk to my local parcel locker I had to take a 40 minute drive!! I will NEVER buy or recommend using this company. Too incompetent compared to others

frustrating. Responses were unhelpful and often generic. At one point, I even received a response that included internal management instructions on how staff should respond to my complaint, and when I challenged what was provided they sent the message again redacting all content of the previous response that I had already read with the instructions removed.
As a gesture of goodwill, I was offered a 10% refund, which, at the time of writing, has still not been received.
The entire experience demonstrated a lack of communication, accountability, and customer care. I will not be purchasing from this company again and would encourage others to carefully consider alternative providers.
