The issue is, they dont care what your delivery instructions are. My order was to be delivered at a business address during business hours. The driver rocks up after hours, when the business is of course unattended and leaves the parcel at the door, despite not being safe to leave.

Moreover, I contacted their customer service to ask about my order, no response. Abysmal service. Be careful where you get your order delivered.

The reason for this is because I was looking for a decrease in the amount of hair falling out but instead what I observed was that the amount of hair falling out more than doubled on a daily basis . I persisted because I did some research and was led to believe that it is normal to experience an increase in hair fallout when you start a hair growth product but that this should subside within three to four weeks I am now on my fifth week of using it and there has been no change so I will not be using this product again. $175 to end up with much less hair than I started. They told me it would ship by 3 August at the latest, but that deadline came and went with zero communication. The package didn’t actually show up until 12 August.The most disappointing part was how little they seemed to care about repeat business. After dealing with a massive delay and doing all the heavy lifting to track my package, I asked for some form of compensation for the hassle & They just ignore it. A tiny token would have gone a long way to fix their mistake, but they've pretty much shown that customer retention isn’t a priority.
