I knew I was leaving for overseas in 12 days. 6 days later and the order still HAS NOT been even touched and best part is I actually contacted the support team and requested cancellation of my order given it was unlikely to arrive before I left and NO RESPONSE!!! I don’t know who claims this place has great customer service because it is non existent with online orders! They ghost you once they have your money! My previous 4 orders have also had issues (delays, supplying only 1 instead of 2) but I have kept giving these guys a chance because they have always said it was a once off or had some plausible excuse. I’m sorry but 4/4 stuff ups - no more! I will be shopping elsewhere from now on and I would strongly advise any person considering ordering online - DON’T! - You will spend more time chasing these guys than it would take for you to go into store and buy it yourself! Sadly I couldn’t do this because my product was online only! Best part is I placed x 2 other orders on the same day with Hairhouse and S & S Haircare and both arrived within 3 days. Just don’t bother with this company!

parcel unattended on my front porch, where it was subsequently stolen. Given that no one was available to receive the package, it should have been taken to a nearby post office or collection point instead of being left exposed.

What made this experience even more frustrating was the lack of support from the Pump Haircare team. Despite explaining the situation, I received little assistance from Amanda and no meaningful effort was made to help resolve the issue or provide a satisfactory outcome.

As a customer, I expect both reliable delivery practices and responsive customer service when things go wrong. Unfortunately, Pump Haircare failed on both counts. I would not recommend purchasing from this company based on my experience.

with cheap, readily available alternatives. My repeated requests were ignored. I was never contacted by a human — every response was automated and generic. Only after I stated that I would escalate the matter through my bank, contact consumer protection authorities and share my experience publicly was a refund finally issued. The total lack of respect for customers and the way this complaint was handled were unacceptable. Avoid!

One was taken 4th Sept and one was taken today (28 sept) I’ve been following all their advice they provided outside of the prescription skin care, wearing tinted sunscreen daily to keep the sunspots and melasma away. I live on the beach so the sun is unavoidable for me. Its working great for me and still have a lil time to go before i switch to the maintenance formula.

The process is so quick and easy, spoke online to a nurse, shared my skin care concerns and goals. She gave me great affordable product recommendations on my cleanser, moisturiser and tinted sunscreen. Advised me of a realistic timeline id start seeing results. It was very informative and I couldn’t be happier with the results so far.

I ended up receiving two wallets, (which actually arrived before the bag and tracker), and was told to keep the second wallet. Such good customer service, I wouldn’t hesitate to purchase from them again. I used the crossbody bag yesterday and while I initially thought it a bit small, after walking and shopping for several hours, I found it to be just the right size.
