The reason for this is because I was looking for a decrease in the amount of hair falling out but instead what I observed was that the amount of hair falling out more than doubled on a daily basis . I persisted because I did some research and was led to believe that it is normal to experience an increase in hair fallout when you start a hair growth product but that this should subside within three to four weeks I am now on my fifth week of using it and there has been no change so I will not be using this product again. $175 to end up with much less hair than I started. Extremely disappointed to say the least.

6/6/26. Shipping was said online to be sent within a few days. Fast track to the 15/6/26. Still no tracking or communication from Catwalk. I called them. They didn’t want to talk and asked me to send an email which according to online they should get too n another 3 days. I persisted on the phone. I then received an email saying my order apparently was in a small amount of orders that are having short delays and should be sent within 3 days, and that they would then sent it with express shipping. This was another false promise. It’s now the 18/6 and order has finally been sent, but with Aramex economy due by 23/6/26. This is an absolute joke! I’ve tried emailing them for shipping type with no response, and they are not answering phone calls. 1 star is generous. Upon reading reviews online I see now that this is a common issue with this company and seems they consistently delay shipping. They seem to have very poor time management, poor customer service and poor communication. Avoid and spend money elsewhere from a reputable company!

They informed me that it had to be shipped back for review that cost me $15 after a month with no reply. I contacted them and they finally responded by just saying “there was nothing wrong with it.” I tried to contacting them multiple times and they did not contact me. Today is 24-june (3 months)and still have not replied to any of my messages I have not received a refund or return of the perfume that I bought… I will never be purchasing from private blends again…
