Again, another non delivery from this courier. Tracking says unable to deliver at 8:50 this morning. Why? I am at home? There is a map of the complex right there as they drive in. Can they read? Shows them what floor, what building my unit is in. It’s not rocket science. No one attempted delivery because there are 3 heavy parcels and the courier doesn’t want to deliver them. another 12 days to notify me it has been delivered. However, I did not receive it and did not sign for it. Upon lodging an enquiry, I was given different stories as to where my parcel was (1 stated at the local depot and they will organise delivery, another stated it was sent back to the sender, and it was delivered). Finally, someone I spoke to told me that my parcel was delivered and signed for at the incorrect address in a different state (same town name in 2 different states)! But upon requesting the delivery address on file, it was correct - thus the couriers were unable to redirect the parcel to the correct state, and to my correct address. As of yet, it has not been resolved. I was notified this morning that they will try to recollect from the wrong address and will notify me what the next steps are. This is ridiculous. I also feel so bad for the sender, as this kind of experience is very likely to hinder customers from buying from them again - which is not their fault.

 Follow-up  · After my parcel was sent back to the sender (a 2nd time) the sender repackaged the parcel and sent out again!Courier Please AGAIN were unable to deliver my parcel as it was damage to such an extent that they could not deliver.I shall never recommend them to anyone and I sincerely hope the sender is able to get back something, as I have cancelled my order completely.

If I could leave zero stars I would. This has to be the worst courier company in Australia. I don’t understand why anyone uses them to send parcels. Delivery to the wrong address, delivery not even attempted, claiming things have been delivered… Read more

(with a signature) when no one was even home. Email trails back and forth resolving nothing. Senders, please stop using this company, no matter how cheap their rates may be.

 Follow-up  · I've been asked to leave a follow up review and it has to be for -1 star. Couriers Please completely washed their hands of this, telling me that another sender is involved and that they've passed my details on them - this was nearly a month ago. When I asked for that company's contact details they said they could not give them to me. Officially the worst courier company in Australia.

of Couriers Please, but what happened next IS!. The parcel was collected at 1.16pm on Wednesday and was in transit to me in SE Queensland (nowhere near any flooding) VIA ADELAIDE!!!! It has now been sitting somewhere in Adelaide for 2 days???? OMG I am now being told by a "bot" that my item will not be delivered until 16 March - another 10 days! Australia Post does a thousand times better than this pathetic effort by Couriers Please.

 Follow-up  · I eventually received my parcel. It only took an additional 2 days to get from Adelaide to Queensland. I am grateful that my parcel finally arrived BUT, it was just very poor business practice to send it via Adelaide AND just leave it there for days. There is no excuse when you consider the constant stream of flights and trucks between Melbourne and SE Queensland.

I ordered a 3x3 Gan 12 MagLev UV from Spark Cubing and it arrived today in absolute pristine condition, the driver was nice and gently placed it on our porch, customer service was good and addressed the tracking issues in a couple of hours, overall would give a 5 star if it didn't come late or tracked better. Show details ·  1

Big shout out to Couriers Please Ballina NSW! I received my parcel within days of purchase coming from VIC. Tracking was excellent. Will the delivery driver was prompt, efficient and professional with a big smile on his dial! I live rural and he delivered to my door. I will have no hesitation in using them again. This company and their couriers are a useless bunch. An item was meant to be delivered to me on 26/3. Apparently, they attempted delivery. I requested a re-direction and it took 1-2 days for a reply. Received a message on 31/3 noting package was delivered to new Collection Point. Went to Collection Point a day later only (1/4) to be told by the… Read more

staff at the Collection Point it was not delivered at all. Sent a message immediately afterwards and 24 hrs later, still have not heard back.

Update, finally heard back on 7/4 saying they will look into it. On 10/4, received an email stating some sort of delivery was completed on 31/3 and signed off by the staff at the Collection Point. Went to the Collection Point on 11/4 and again, NOT THERE!

All of a sudden I get a message to say "unable to deliver" when I was literally in my apartment and no attempt to ring the intercom was made and when I called the company I just get told that an attempt to deliver was made (it never is- laziest delivery drivers ever.)

THIS Latest Kerfuffle....they had My parcel in their depot, since April 2nd, due for delivery on April 7th! April 7th rolls by...NO Movement, like, NONE AT ALL!! April 8th...NO Movement until Mid Afternoon, when...INSTEAD of being "Onboard For Delivery"...these JOKERS have sent MY Parcel...OUT BUSH!!! SO...My Parcel, is Currently enjoying the Lovely, Lush scenery Somewhere in REGIONAL S.A.!! Lucky lil Parcel!!

Ipso Facto...By the time my Dinner Plates with "FRAGILE" stickers, ALL OVER the box, DO, FINALLY get Delivered (a Week or 2 Too Late)...I imagine they will be in a hundred pieces!

Claims that parcel was delivered but no sign of it anywhere. Stay clear of buying anything which uses this courier company to deliver. Their drivers don’t care provide photo evidence of delivery re where they left your parcel. This absolutely paves the way for their drivers to simply not deliver the parcel (but claim they have) and instead keep the parcel for themselves. Show details

Their tracking is not accurate. My parcel said: “delivery attempted” but I was at home all day, nothing came. No text or email to let me know what was going on. I had to chase them up twice. All their communication is automated & not helpful unless you get through to an actual staff member. Part of the order that was delivered was not “left in a… Read more

safe place” it was just dumped & stacked over my front gate meaning if I had come home, I wouldn’t have been able to open my gate. The gate is never locked, it’s just got a simple latch that lifts to open. The parcel eventually came 2 days later at least but again, not left in a safe place out of the rain. If the courier would take a few extra steps, he could just leave it on the covered porch.

Let me start of with saying if you are in the same position as me, contact them via email, they are actually responsive and helpful. The incompetent sods lost my package and took a week after the expected delivery to tell me that. To be clear I knew before hand they are terrible, it was the senders fault for using them. I was at home during all delivery attempts. The only “proof” provided was a photo of the building entrance, which does not show any attempt to contact the recipient.

Eventually, I was forced to organise transport and collect a large and heavy parcel (over 8–9 kg) myself from a collection point, despite paying for home delivery.

Tracking reference (partial): ****5291

This is not an isolated incident but a clear pattern of misleading delivery reporting.

This level of service is unacceptable and should be investigated.

Picked up on the 3rd March in Queensland, due in Adelaide by the 16th. Still in Queensland by the 16th. Arrived in Adelaide on the 17th then had 8 days of having a label attached. Startrack took over and it got delivered on the 25th. Vendor who I bought from let me know to put 'Do not deliver using Couriers Please' as other customers do. Show details

door and I had to go out to them, the rest of the parcel took 3 months to deliver, that's after the sender had to resend the product because Couriers Please lost it completely. The 2nd time by some miracle they were able to deliver. This time they have tried 3 times to deliver, with the excuse the address is wrong, NO IT'S NOT. 3 phone calls and still no delivery. I've now asked them to take it to a collection point and I'll pick it up myself, if they can find their own collection point. I would give a 0 review, but that doesn't seem an option. ABSOLUTELY THE WORST COURIER COMPANY IN AUSTRALIA
