says it will take 2 business days to come in. So I left it there expecting to just get confirmation in 2 days, instead I received an email advising me that my order has been cancelled, due to non payment. To which I responded straight away, with the paid receipt from my bank account. To which I received a response the following day, advising me that it will take your company 3-5 business days to check with your accounts department to confirm that my payment has been received, and will advice me further after they do that. Surely it shouldn’t take 3-5 business days to confirm payment that I have sent you a receipt off! Anyway, 3 days later, you emailed me saying that payment was received and you will post it to me shortly. The following day I received email with the tracking, which I tried to track my purchase with, however for the past three days the status hasn’t changed it states “pending”. However, this morning I received an update from Australia post that they have created a label for my parcel, and I assume it’s from your company even though it says Starlink, I am just expecting a delivery from your company, not from Starlink, but I obviously won’t know until I will receive whatever it is the label has been created for. So, now that I’ve described my current experience with your company, how likely would you be to recommend your company to your friends after experience like mine? I do not believe you would recommend your company to anyone that you actually like!

Ordered on the 20th Feb for our granddaughter's birthday on the 4th March. We thought it was an Australian company but it goes through a contact in Melbourne and the order is sent to China. Never received the product until the 17th March. Very disappointed.

Just minus star due to lack of tracking services, I have a super buzy life and and in a need to know where all my orders are. Previous account I had ages ago never had these problems but this company still looks promising. Ordered two Christmas tree ornaments online. Two minature book stacks that were sold out in physical shops. The picture seemed to show the ornament as three dimentional. What arrived was thin, flat, plastic, image and very poor value for money. I was keen and paid way too much. Do not buy from Crazy Sales. Ripp Off.

calling 3 times and phone hangs up when you finally become furst in the queue (on hold for an hr each time) , order number apparently non existent as says 'incorrect'. Not australian, chinese company. I've now lost up to $500 in money that was due to be xmas presents :( Please i urge you to not fall for this pretebd comoany that popa up in your socials. Unlike the reviews I have read – Bought a pottery wheel about a week ago. Although my order disappeared from my account profile, the staff confirmed that the order was being processed and arrived very quickly within 5 days. Very good quality! A lot of bad reviews on this site - I cannot say my experience was the same. Show reply

Scammers – Scam!!! Be careful!!! If you want to avoid a headache, stay away from this company! Besides I never received my purchase, I got charged another $5.5 to re-deliver my item, but it never got delivered

This is not an Australian based company. Ordered early Feb 2026. Told was dispatched same day. Subsequently found out was not dispatched from China until 12 Feb with no expected delivery. Found out arrived Australia 2.3.26. Still not received yet

Australias beware!Don't buy from this unAustralian company. Trust the reviews people! Still waiting on a promised refund after countless emails back and forth, calls, you name it. This company is the biggest retail scam right now. They will keep asking for your order no and other details & excuses to drag things out longer,distract & save face and therefore get their money. another 5 days so another 2 weeks is absolutely ridiculous. Dont buy anything from these guys if you need your item within a certain time. Now I have to go buy my child another birthday present so they have something to open on their birthday thanks for nothing useless company!!! Might I add I've been told it in their warehouse yet it will sit there for 8 days and then ill have another 5 business day wait which will in fact be 7 days in reality with the weekend. I bought 2 advent calendars and both were terrible. Quality is of the 'straight to the rubbish bin' kind. Pictures were totally deceiving. Don't waste your money on expensive landfill!!

If I could pick no stars I would the Ninja blade doesn't fit even though claiming to be universal and suitable for my ninja blender. Trying to get a refund and being totally fobbed off!! Do not use this site it's a major scam!!
