Very unprofessional – Took 3 months to get my PVR repaired (under warranty). When finally got it back it was missing the small loop aerial that i sent with it. sent it when i was good and ready' and hung up on me. Rang straight back and got hung up on again.(I guess i will have to source my own aerial). I don't know what is worse. The atrocious customer service or his attitude and way he speaks to his customers. Lucky for him I live more than 7 hours away.

Do not buy from crazystu – These guys indeed are rip off merchants. Their customer service is no existent and they constantly lie. website showed the 2 year warranty. When they finally returned the "repaired" item (3 months after they got it) it was a different older projector that was rusty and missing all the cables and power pack. When I chased them over this I was made all sorts of promises that was never kept finally I brought the Office of fair trade into it and was promised a refund once I returned the projector, still have not received the refund 4 months after returning the projector and multiple calls with office of fair trade and crazystu just keeps lying.

Warning do not buy from crazystu.com.au, – should be reported to fair trading for selling items they dont even have in stock but have listed for sale,they then take payment then they make you wait for over a month before you ring them to find out whats happened and you get the run around that someone else stuffed the order(the supplier was blamed).this should not happen from a… Read more

junglejumble customer service plus – ordered a massive deal from jungleJumble "Lapel Laptop Bag Packed with 11 Olin OVR-100 512MB Voice recorders" and they threw in 1 more recorder for free after i had paid! I've ordered from them before and the PVR's i got last time where awesome! cant recommend these people high enough! and the live chat on the site was great too! friendly helpful people, with a great ozy attitude to boot! great deal and great service

trf-7170 – Fantastic features. Interface is easy to use, two ways to set programs, EPG does not allow padding, commertial stations may cut end of show. Two negatives so far, Will not record to external drive. It has a copy function, but cannot copy large files usually over 1 hour, copys as an mp4. Will record 2 shows on 2 streams at the same time will not record to usb , copy function limited, needs to recognise any size drive

Very quick delivery, good advice – Purchased a VAST set top box from crazystu. Advice was excellent which was pivotal to purchasing from crazystu. I did have some issues setting up the box, all of those were resolved without fuss over the phone. I have and will continue to recommend them to my friends and family. these guys know a lot. wish i found them first.

Good Customer Service – While placing an order, I mis-typed my email address during registration. JungleJumble had support staff available for online chat. They quickly fixed my typo (because the "edit" online function wouldn't work) and dispatched another copy of the order confirmation email by creating a new order and cancelling the old. Very helpful and professional. Great that they had people available late at night.

Looking for Mediastar 8200s latest firmware - Mediastar not respond to me – Decided to check Crazystu site as had not heard from Mediastar in response to my email to them. To my surprise, saw an online Customer support after 11 at night! Asked them about the firmware, they found it and gave me a link and also the steps to perform the update - great!

No good as far as I'm concerned – Item ordered 2nd of December They seem to have trouble answering emails. Took too long for item to arrive. Item arrived DOA. Received promise to refund return postage. I'm still waiting for that promise and the replacement item. It's now the 3rd of January. Yes I know Christmas intervened but they did receive returned item on the 17th December (AustPost tracking) Not a word from them acknowledging that or anything else since.

Live chat – Excellent response to live chat which popped upon the website. Was able to answer my questions straight away and offer advice. I would recommend this service to anyone who likes being able to talk with someone about their products and get the benefit of online prices. This will influence my buying decision.

calls 2 emails and another promise to email track number which I didn't get I finally recieved the PVR nearly 4 weeks after I ordered it, and without the promised bonus HDMI cable! Will never shop online again unless on Ebay. Wish I had paid extra dollars and bought from a store. Anyway lesson learned.

Delivery far too long!!!! Bad Customer service, do not do what they say they are goingto do, didn't send me bonus cable.

Online chat was really helpful!! – I am not very 'techie', usually an end user only and so I had a million questions about a pvr product. The online chat was perfect, as one question was answered other questions arose and were answered on the spot.
