them to my old worn out shoes, what nonsense! they're the exact same size as I've always bought. The so called, "customer service" says sizing will vary depending on the country of manufacture, well!, that's not my problem, if I buy 9/11 size then that's the size they should be! I have sent them back to BCF and will never buy another Croc shoe ever again.
Follow-up · The ones made in China always fit the same, but the ones made elsewhere the exact same size are smaller.
Crocs Online has terrible customer service. I’ve been waiting a month for my refund, emailing them every week, and I even paid $18 to ship the item back to them. This is deeply frustrating and misleading:

Customer receives no fair compensation, just a 9 cent “refund”
Support staff are rigid and dismissive, citing "policy changes" and refusing to help
This isn't just poor service – it's deceptive promotional practice. Crocs needs to improve their cart/stock system and start treating customer trust with respect.
These run significantly smaller than any other Crocs I own (Classic, slides etc) - an entire size smaller in fact. sizing issue. I explained I'd since read others reviews also saying they run small & that it seems like it's a manufacturing error on their behalf, to which they acknowledged that their sizes can be different. After threatening to leave a bad review they offered to send me another pair in the same size I'd already purchased. I told them they're welcome to, but if they also don't fit I still want to return them for one pair in the correct size. They've since just decided to totally ghost me. All I wanted to do was exchange the pair I got for a size up given that their sizing on this shoe is incorrect, & Crocs refused to cover the shipping despite acknowledging the sizing issue. Their customer service is diabolical.

Follow-up · Customer service tried to say i ordered incorrectly. When I suggested I hadn’t they then said the product was out of stock. So took them 15 days to decide they were out of stock. Purple clogs. Decided not to order on line and buy another brand.

Love our crocs – Ordered a few pairs in sale all arrived within 6 days but two pairs were too big sent back for refund and got my refund quickly, ordered the pairs in different sizing and those also arrived within the week. I’m absolutely shocked by the customer service. My daughter loves Crocs, so I’m a regular customer. This was the first time I needed to return two pairs. refunded. I then had to chase them to even get them to look into refunding the second pair.
Both were in brand new condition, with tags and no issues. They just chose not to refund one pair.
It has now been a week and I still haven’t received a refund for either pair. I sent them back in mid-December and it is now mid-January. I don’t understand how someone can take two pairs of shoes out of one box and only process one refund.
This has taken so much of my time and energy. Every time I contact them, they ask for more information — postal references, receipts, etc. — even though they clearly received the shoes. Why should I have to dig through paperwork when they already have the items?
They have made this unnecessarily difficult, and it still hasn’t been resolved. I believe there is a serious assistance failure within their customer service system, and I feel I owe it to others to warn them to be careful when shopping here. At this point, I am genuinely questioning whether I will ever shop with Crocs again.

explain what had occurred and seek a resolution, providing the receipt for the store that confirms there are no direct contact phone or email for the store so the only option is to physically return to the store or communicate with Crocs Australia to achieve a resolution. Today, 6.01.2026 (five days later), I received the following response which confirms that my original email was not read or understood and despite the commitment to care the response indicated the opposite in my view.

Black Friday sale. Half price. Waited 15 days no reply. When email answered was advised the order had not progressed and to Reorder. When I was not online no sizes or colours available.
Never buy from the online site. They have no control of orders. An old shipping address was pull from paypal automatically. I contacted then immediatly but they couldnt do anything. Would not even let me speak to a manager.
Absolutely appaling I bought a pair of black crocs for both my kids brand new after 20 mins of wearing there feet where black!!! Crocs do not put your Phone number or email address on the package so without that information your parcel is not eligible for redirection. If your package has not been shipped then how hard is it for the address to be corrected. My advice is DO NOT ORDER ONLINE AND EXPECT TO BE HELPED IF YOU NEED. THIS COMPANY IS A PAIN TO DEAL WITH.

Crocs the shoes in my experience are comfortable, well made and long lasting. I have multiple pairs and worn them for almost as long as they have been available. reminded of why it is a bad idea to fall for these incentives. They all have restrictions, limitations, terms and conditions which while extensive are hard to follow and understand but in my experience mean the offer is usually not ever applicable. If you call the helpline to clarify this the agent is usually almost unintelligible in English and will require everything read out multiple times during the conversation. At the end of which you may get an apology and an explanation in broken English as to why what you want is not possible. A coupon will probably be offered but it will be invalid for anything a sighted person might want to purchase, ever. You will have wasted your time and ended the call enraged, unsatisfied and possibly chewing on a used clog. Crocs will not care as their plan is to frustrate customers and drive them to distraction if they call the helpline. The helpline is there to discourage customers from ever contacting Croc’s in the future. Calling it a helpline is disingenuous in the extreme, help is not on the menu. By all means buy the product, it is decent but think carefully before calling their helpline as Therein lays madness and despair.

the order was arriving that day — it didn’t. On the sixth call, they said it would be rescheduled for delivery within 7–14 business days. I gave up and requested a refund, only to be told that would also take 7–14 business days. I’m incredibly disappointed with the service and lack of communication. I expected much better from a well-known brand.
Mother’s Day present didn’t arrive on time for Mothers’ Day. Delivery for online order take 4 days to be processed, while the website said it would arrive in 5, so I miss the key date! If Temu provides better services for their much cheaper products ,same ish quality, probably produced in the same country, you need to look at your logistics rather than random marketing on “online” exclusivitivity.

inconsistency: the flop was too small, and the clog was too large, despite both being the same labelled size.
Due to this, I had no choice but to return both items, and was charged $20 for postage. I feel this is unfair, as the issue came down to inconsistent sizing between Crocs products, not an error on my part. I took reasonable steps to ensure the right size before ordering, so I don’t believe I should be out of pocket for this return.
In fact, I re-ordered the same items for flop one size down and flip one size up and paid again.
I bought a pair of there slides. Going by there advice to order a size down from my usual. The size i got was still a floppy fit. I sent Crocs an email on 17/4 telling them i was not happy about the fit. Upon them getting the email i was sent confirmation email which gave a stack of rules. Labels must still be attached.
