dresses returned but only 1 refunded. Their error not mine. I haven't received any replies from customer happiness team despite several emails. Poor customer service. I would never purchase on this website again as it's a complete scam and impossible to get your money back even if you abide by their return terms. I'm absolutely devastated as i now can't attend an event as I don't have a dress and Showpo haven't even given me a courtesy of a reply. money-I purchased (for my wife) two shirts Size 8, one exactly the same as last season ($49 half price), which worked out ok. The new season shirt was also Size 8 ($99) and 1-2 sizes bigger. trying on once. I noticed when they arrived that the "hygiene sticker" was a little piece of fabric that barely stuck to the bathers. When I organised the return I got an email to say that they couldn't give me a refund because I hadn't met the return "standard" because the hygiene sticker is missing. It had clearly come off while the bathes were in the return post. This honestly feels like it's designed to fall off so they can refuse your return. Do not buy from them!

I have attached pictures of my pair so you can see for your self the wear of approximately 6 months of wear and one year of owning(started wearing approximately 6 months after purchase .Can verify purchase date June 2025 to any one that requires this and approximate first work day wearing from fellow new work employee's.

The wear on previous Birkenstock foot wear which i still have has been up to two years , the last picture shows the wear on my previous pair please compare the soles on both one pair the most recent is 12 months with 6 months wear the last picture is 2 plus years of wear .Prove me wrong.
