I placed an order but it was never shipped. The seller refused to issue a refund despite clear evidence that the item was never sent. This is completely unacceptable behavior. Avoid this store — it feels like a scam.

The headline for the socks I bought said they were 'wool socks'. On arrival I noticed that they were only 40% wool (which I now see was buried in the fine print on the website). Very disappointing.

** Colours don't match what is on the website ** The photos on the website are super saturated, making the colours look really bright. The socks I got were significantly less bright than the photos.

** Entrapment style post-checkout deals ** I've never seen this before - after I checked out, I was shown another deal which wasn't on the website. There was a countdown timer to put the pressure on. I swear I didn't actually click to accept that deal, but somehow they came through. It's possible I did accidentally click it...in any case it felt really icky that after I'd made my decision, they revealed deals that weren't available before.

Will be actively discouraging anyone from buying these.

Unfortunately, the ECCO Biom 2.2 Low Breathru did not work for me. The first time I wore them, I developed a blister. I tried wearing them a couple more times to see if they would improve, but they remained very uncomfortable.

My podiatrist also advised that this shoe is not suitable for my feet. In particular, the front sole feels too stiff and the cushioning feels uneven compared with my other ECCO shoes, which are more neutral and have never caused me any issues.

While I still like ECCO as a brand, this particular model was disappointing for me and not suitable for my foot type.

I recently submitted two product reviews through their website. My positive review of the ECCO Multi-Vent was published, but my negative review of the ECCO Biom 2.2 Low Breathru does not appear to have been published which is disappointing in terms of transparency.

love my wellies - I wear them every day, and I have some for summer, some for winter, some for high grass and some for mud and rain (they all work well for that!) grip wet feet, no slipping and sliding, unlike that other brand. Unfortunately, my little white dog decided she wanted to open my new thongs whilst at work and chewed the straps. I have attached pictures of my pair so you can see for your self the wear of approximately 6 months of wear and one year of owning(started wearing approximately 6 months after purchase .Can verify purchase date June 2025 to any one that requires this and approximate first work day wearing from fellow new work employee's.

The wear on previous Birkenstock foot wear which i still have has been up to two years , the last picture shows the wear on my previous pair please compare the soles on both one pair the most recent is 12 months with 6 months wear the last picture is 2 plus years of wear .Prove me wrong.

email asking if they are actually still manufacturing them and if I should continue to wait, and they just fobbed me off and told me to register for a restock alert that I did about 24 to 38 months ago and still not in stock. I think I will give up on this company and continuing to wait for a restock that will probably never happen.
