I ordered a dress weeks ago. Never arrived and after repeatedly chasing up, I was advised that it had been lost in transit. I am still waiting for my refund. The worst customer service I have ever experienced.

When I tried them on holiday 3 months later I realised they were a bit tight and not comfortable to wear. My mistake clearly, but I reached out to the company and they provided replacement straps in my team colours (not available to buy on their own) for no cost. the first two items I couldn't remember cleaning anything while wearing them but I accepted it and threw them out. I bought another two items and the same thing happened again. I absolutely know I didn't do any cleaning or anything unusual while wearing them.

Something is wrong with the fabric. No other hoodies and tracksuit pants I've ever owned have developed these stains. There is definitely something wrong with white fox dyes.

Two items were purple and two were pink and the same happened to both.

Every add I get for shoes has the same issue..no sizes...Why advertise something you've got jack trash stock of..Waste of time.

unfortunately the soles unglued after 10 months of inside wear. Not even a year. After contacting the sales team, I was denied any warranty, despite numerous conversations, including being told that my purchase timeline was wrong and the boots were over a year old. I bought them Aug 2025 and raised my claim 2nd July 2026. The inside fur completely rubbed off in this time, leaving bare leather. I have attached pictures of my pair so you can see for your self the wear of approximately 6 months of wear and one year of owning(started wearing approximately 6 months after purchase .Can verify purchase date June 2025 to any one that requires this and approximate first work day wearing from fellow new work employee's.

I have reached out to World of Clogs and Birkenstock with this concern and conversation is now closed.

The wear on previous Birkenstock foot wear which i still have has been up to two years , the last picture shows the wear on my previous pair please compare the soles on both one pair the most recent is 12 months with 6 months wear the last picture is 2 plus years of wear .Prove me wrong.

I bought a pair of Mongrel safety boots from RSEA Auburn store, it's support for my flat feet arch is fantastic, DeWalt was not that bad for arch support but not as good as this one, hopefully helps with my plantar fasciitis problem and lasts long.
