not happy jan – i just moved into a new house & used my old samsung front loader to wash with blue cuddly in it all good as usual as ive been doing for over 10 years...i bought a brand new samsung front loader & now im getting light blue blotches on my white shirts & it takes forever to get out....why is this happening,it even feels slimy to touch so must be fabric softener....r they putting to much die in it or something....... Show details

Bought from Coles during clearance for only $1.5 for 850ml – Bought during clearance and had took 3 of it since is only $1.50 for each. The smell is really fragrance and even half cup of softener is good enough for a heavy wash. The smell long lasting for a month without wearing. They made my whole wardrobe smell so good. I have used cuddly for many years and always enjoyed the smell and lovely soft feeling of my clothes ,

My favourite scent was always jasmine n bergamot (which later changed to aromatherapy citrus energising )

Never used anything else until the last 10+ months when i could no longer find this scent anywhere

Do not buy this- will break you out in SEVERE RASH – Severe rash from neck to thighs from using the cuddly conditioner. It says it is dermatologically tested, for sensitive skin and approved by the eczema foundation. This burnt my skin so severe I was in so much pain for a week and had to use ice packs all over my body. My skin was so tight and flaking away and the itch/burn DEBILITATING. Do not ever buy this. Gave me a HORRIBLE rash ?? – I’m not allergic to anything so I was shocked when i started using this and broke out in a rash !! had to go to the dr’s for steroid cream and rewash all my clothes without the cuddly, it took weeks to rid it all, would never use this for kids or babies clothing !! sooo bad  Show details

Very disappointed – I found it very thick and gluggy and I need to clean the excess from my machine after every wash which makes me wonder how much actually gets to where I want it.I have tried diluting up to 1:5 but this stuff soaks up the water very quickly and soon goes back to a thick almost jelly like consistency. Fragrance is good but overall not a product I would try again

Fofore is better – The quality issue description is too thick (condensed); water doesn't dilute it; when applying this bottle to the clothes, the liquid in the bottle cannot dilute in the water and stick to the clothes. Show details

Terrible – I have never once had an allergic reaction to any washing powders or softeners in my life, nor do I have that sensitive skin in general. I had used this once in my washing machine and put on a jumper a couple days after wash and I was itching my whole top half of my body instantly. still is as thick as. Why do you people alter things when they don't need fixing. I prefer the old formula where was thinner and didn’t clog in the washing machine.

Softener too thick (cuddly concentrate) – Have to agree with nellie28 - too thick does not even get into the washing machine. Have been buying this product for as long as I can remember - bought one bottle that was unusable but thought it might have been a bad batch, purchased more but it still is as thick as gel. You can't even water it down. Nothing works. Why do you people alter things when they don't need fixing?

Too Concentrate – Been using Cuddly Sunshine Fresh for 10+ years. But the new extra concentrate is just too thick. Clogs up the softener dispenser and unless you clean the machine after every wash, you end up with softener stains on your clothing. Please, just bring back the old thinner formula.

Covered in a RASH – Bought the concentrate and hubby did the washing, one day in my freshly washed work shirt and my body is riddled with a rash all over going on a week now!

Too thick – Too gluggy, water doesn't dilute it, clogged up my dispenser, emptied my dispenser into laundry tub and it blocked up drain, had to use a plunger to clear pipe not good

Fragrance Lasts & Lasts & – I was never a fan of using these types of product until I one day splurged & bought cuddly Sunshine Fresh. Another major brand was on sale recently so I bought that BUT it is no comparison to Sunshine Fresh for strength of fragrance which I can smell all through my house (not good for asthmatics)

I’ve since tried other fragrances in the cuddly range & there is no comparison to the lasting fragrance of SF

I’ll never try another again............unless the company decide to ruin it

CHANGE IT BACK – Please I'm begging your company to change the soft and sensitive back to the original sensitive formula. Haven't bought your product in months as the new one is disgusting but before that I used it for years. No other products in the market are any good either. Please please please change it back.

WHY THE CHANGE ?? – I've been using the cuddly sensitive softener since my girl was born and used to LOVE the way her clothes would smell. And now 3 years later, I need to change because of the new formula! The smell is horrible! Why change something that didn't need changing?? Seriously, CHANGE IT BACK or lose more once satisfied customers!

New fragrance – What happened to the lovely almond smell? The new smell is really horrible, sort of fake chemical smell and overpowering. Not sure why the change but bring back the old formula.

consumers and they preferred the new fragrance, and preferences of scents vary from one person to another. But the point of the sensitive product is that it didn’t have a strong scent!

Why fix what isn't broken – My son suffers from excema and the previous formula was fine for his skin but the new one smells horrible and makes his skin break out. Please change it back.

Why change the Cuddly Soft and Sensitive – I have been using this softener for a long time now because it was almost fragrance, then I opened the bottle and POW the smell is so overpowering....... please put it back to the original.... not too good on the skin either....

really bad for my kids – the creates of this product wanted us to waste our money my kids had an allergic reaction to it i hate this i am going to sue the company for this my daughter is in hospital on a machine to help her breathe because of what you did i cant take this i am a parent who needs their child around with me!!!!

Waste of money – Choice magazine just did a review and found it less effective than water, you can see the ABC write up or find it on the Choice website. Waiting for my refund!

severe asthma attacks, widespread rashes across my body and widespread itching. The smell itself is just awful, and is certainly not what I would expect to find in a 'sensitive' product.

Please change this product back. The smell of the new fragrance alone is disgusting, and on top of this extreme unpleasantness, the asthma attacks, rashes and itching are terrible. Until you change it back, I won't be buying this product any more.

CHANGE IT BACK – The new smell of the Sensitive fabric softener is vile and overpowering. And it is thicker and stickier on the clothes too. It was perfect the way it was before, please change it back!

Horrible smell please change it back – I have been buying the sensitive cuddly fabric softener and so you can imagine my shock when I did some washing only to find there was a horrible rotten apple smell. I then contacted the company to find they had changed their fragrance but it never stated on the packaging it was new or different. Please bring back the old one it was lovely and fresh without being over powering

We loved your sensitive product until you changed it – My daughter has Autism and is very sensitive to fabrics. We loved Cuddly sensitive. There was very little fragrance and made her sheets and clothes feel just right. Then you changed it. The scent is so overpowering and, without me telling her, she could tell straight away that there was a change. She is now in her bed crying as her bed is no longer soft. Take it from a softness specialist - this new mix is dreadful. Please change it back.

New sensitive fragrance – The new fragrance not only spells horrible but it's caused my children and myself to break out in a rash. I only spent the extra dollars on the sensitive for the way it made our clothes feel. So disappointed. Please change it back.
