D-Link N150 DIR-600

Another purchase – Just received my new router and as usual quick service and a product I am happy with. Easy to in stall and easy to operate and has drastically improved the range and reception of our internet around our home. The speed of the data trasfer is what I was hoping for. it works should have ordered it sooner

Never buy d-link – This is one of the worst experience I have had. I bought a new d-link modem for 60 AUD on online shopping site posted from israel. The seller had listed the item as full manufacturer's warranty. The product was defective and I spent more than 8 hours on support finally to be informed that d-link anz does not provide warranty for products purchased outside Australia/New Zealand.

Now I find the same product listed in Harvey Norman for 30 AUD. I will have to pay for the postage to Israel. I regret the decision to purchase online, however quite astonished of the fact that D-link ignores the fact that people purchase everything online these days and they need to accomodate adjustments that come with changing customer behavior. I would not recommend d-link products as a result of this experience and definitely not purchasing online.

Did not work, no warranty and do not think it is worth spending any more money to get it replaced.

Ongoing issues – Purchased first router in March 2011. In November spent 2 weeks trying to figure out why I couldn't get onto the net, then returned it to D-Link. They sent me a new one, but now, only 2 weeks later I'm having more issues. Must say technical support has been good though. Good technical support Ongoing access issues
