Not Satisified – I purchased a hotel Voucher 18mths ago & now trying to redeem it, have sent 3 emails & still havn't heard back, am trying to get away early March but at this rate will be surprised if they get back to me by then , I have lost my flights that were being held till you got back to me. Most Unsatisified TC This is the worst service I have ever had ,If I ran my business like this I'd be broke by now

Excellent service – I have used this site more than once and very happy with the functionality of the site and most importantly, the fantastic service should something go wrong with the vendor. When I had problems with the business that I bought the voucher with (The Carpet Cleaning Company), Daily Bonanza stepped in and made sure the matter was resolved ASAP. They offered me a refund. As with all companies like this, they can't control who will turn out to be a bad service provider.
