Mooloolaba. First time ever I was charged a “Saturday night surcharge” upon arrival at property without consultation. I called Luxury Escapes and they agreed it didn’t seem right. Within a couple of days I had an email from First Light advising my $80 surcharge would be refunded in 10 business days. It’s been 3 weeks since they took that money from my account and more than 10 ridiculous business days and still no refund. First Light has unfortunately tainted Luxury Escapes great service.

knocking for my item. It's such a cop out (they didn't do zip) when the images on google maps and photos supplied can clearly show its the wrong house. On top of that evidence was made today in a form of a received phone call form Murdoch transport from Innisfail, QLD representative to say they HAVE delivered it to the wrong address and have sent drivers to try collect my paid item. So summer maybe resign from your job yoir clearly not good at it. These people running this show are stup!d they are thieves, they are incompetent and just lazy, honestly they should be shut down! Fails to reply to emails when you have a problem with membership. Have submitted several emails with no reply and they have debited my account after my membership was cancelled. No explanation!

Customer service is very poor. Their choice of shipping services are quite expensive and if you miss delivery it is usually pretty difficult to organise secondary delivery options. Appears to be a real no care attitude by the customer service staff.

Amazon. So they can lie cheat and scam and you end up the ball being bounced between both parties....... Filthy and disgusting treatment..... If you see power tools for sale. Avoid like the plague... Example: An 88Volt Brush-less drill, Lies! 20 Volt which is really 18 Volt, Brush-less motors don't spark only Brushed motors do.... This one could light a darkened room..... Found the best discounts – Fabtastic came up on Google search for me. Its a really good website if you need to find discounts and deals from top Australian retailers. I was wanting to buy some clothes but they have a lot of other stuff too.

confirmation emails but then when the reward doesn't appear and you email them they ask you for details already provided in their own communication and give you the run around. On one occasion I was eventually after much argument provided the coupon and of course it was declined as invalid on trying to use it. Don't be swayed to make a purchase on the promise of these coupons, in fact I would say avoid any purchase attached to this at all, they are just buying your data but failing the promised reward for it.
