I'm very happy with my over all experience.

Absolute rubbish no customer support – I purchased this a few years ago and everything has stuck to it since new when I contacted customer support I was told to clean it with Bi-carb it just gets worse with every use my stainless pan didn’t have this much trouble. Great for several years, but now, useless – Fine for several years...LOVED them, until 18 months ago, the lid jumped off the pot, mid cook, (my back was turned and the noise of it clattering onto the stove top frightened the life out of me) and it wouldn't "fit" back on...The pot had warped! literally EVERYTHING began to stick to both the pot and the frypan. Now, they are a nightmare, and I haven't done anything differently than I did for the past five or six years...I bought the 2 fry pan and one pot set in 2015 I believe. SO sad. After reading other reviews, it does seem to me, that once the interior base turns black, (or really, really dark blue) it is the end of their useful life...so, six years ISN'T ten years, (with about 4 years before the pot warped)...and THAT shouldn't have happened....

Replaced all of my cookware with Flavorstone – I have a bunch of Flavorstone cookware and love it to death. From infusion grill to pans and square pans. Chucked all my Scanpans that cost me a lot more money. Currently looking to replace Scanpan saucepans. Sure all underneath bases get darkened but which cookware does not? awesome set~ don't forget to season with oil – i have had these for about 8 years and couldn't be happier and unlike many of lazy whiners here i followed instructions to season the pans with oil every time before i use them, which literally takes one minute to rub a film of oil into the surface. and easy to clean up with. The heat conducting isn't quite as good as some more expensive brands but that has never been a problem either. The fry pan was had the surface partly destroyed by a flatmate that spent a few weeks washing it with abrasivs material and not seasoning it with oil but i have continue to season it and it is still 90% good, the others are fine

Didn't last – Great for a couple of months, even though a little bit slow to brown food. I followed all the instructions on seasoning the pans, and use the correct oil types etc, but now the middle of the pans sticks and burns. Very disappointing indeed. Show details

Works well as stated – I had these pans for around 3yrs or so. The pans had a good non stick quality, was amazed at the stuff that didn’t stick. pans are a lot bigger than the burner on my stove, so the outside of the pan wouldn’t get as hot as it has no contact with the element. I brought a new set and continue to love them

Great for a few years and now everything sticks to the pan. Almost unusable – Handles don't get hot but are heavy, especially with food in pan. Definitely not non stick after years of use, cleaned as per instructed. Very disappointed in quality. I will not purchase again Show details

Worst pans I’ve ever bought – I bought the Dion and limited addition pans a year ago, all pans are unusable due to all good now sticks to the pans, the advertising of pans say that they heat up the whole base but they don’t just the centre that has now caused all the pans to burn the food Show details

Waste of money, not non stick – We bought the pan August 2021 and it hasn't even lasted 3 months. The first couple of times I cooked on it it was great, not everything sticks to it! Even when I use oil. Won't be buying them again, waste of money Show details

Glass lid exploded – Glass lid shattered. cook ware less than 2yrs old. Lid was in perfect condition without chips or cracks... Very dangerous. Lucky no one was injured. Would be wary of buying again. Show details

If it wasnt half price i wouldnt of bought it – I put an egg in a pie maker and it slide off better. WORD - i think with all the advertising on tv it's make out the product is the best thing since sliced bread, i'm here to tell you that is not true. I've never been as disgusted in my life regarding a product, even after conditioning the pan food still got stuck to it. I wouldn't recommend this product to any human being. Terrible – This pan is definite;ly not non stick. Even with oil food sticks to the frying pan, and is a nightmare to clean. From the day I bought it everything from sausages to pancakes stick to the pan. Show details

Rubbish, not non stick, – Not non stick, can't even fry an egg, forget trying to cook salmon. They state no need to add oil - rubbish. This product should not be being sold as it is not fit for purpose. Do not bother buying this - stick with known brands. Very disappointed. Show details

Non stick my crap – Non stick? How can they claim this. Even following instructions to the letter, food sticks everytime. Even pasta sauce sticks in the pots. Waiting on stores to reopen to return. Show details

Too long to fry anything??? – Takes too long to brown mince meat, I tried to fry without oil and food stuck to pan..very disappointed with it no wonder is was a great reat price positives are very easy to clean..love the colour

Non stick? As if – I’d love to know how they tested the nonstick - no need for oil or butter. I just bought this and tested it out with an egg and both times the egg sticks so badly you have to scrape it off and put it in the bin. pans now BLACK – I normally love Flavorstone BUT the smaller pans have turned black and were only none stick for a few months. The handle/knob on my large pan lid broke I have had swap the handle/knob with another lid so I can use it. I want to buy the new Diamond pans but I am concerned. Show details

Disappointed – I purchased this from Harris Scarfe on sale reduced from $129 to $25 was excited to get a bargain and test my new pan. Did as instructed on label wash prior use. bother with flavourstone (thank god i didn’t pay full price)... Pan is left with light marks after use tried to whips off, then wash off soap water, then resealing it but this won’t go away. Disappointed after first use :(

Convenient product – I have gotten them as a xmas gift and the best thing i own. They are very easy to clean, non stick and i cook everything in them. The only issue i have is that i have a gas stove and when the handles are exposed there is a burning odour. Still use them on daily basis. Show details

It was ok for around 3 months then lost the none stick I would not buy any flavour stone item again – Average weight but I have a stainless steel set of pots and pans would put them against these any day I've had these for 41 years so I think I wouldn't go and buy something would last me 3 months again I would be so silly if I did.  Show details

Diamond Edition- I like it but, – Just like other non stick pans, the heat/flame is suppose to be only half way so it takes longer than usual. Other than that the quality of this product is excellent. I’ve been using it almost everyday & the bottom part is not even dark.  Show details

I have no trouble with my flavorstone pans whatsoever – I have owned my flavorstone for over 5 years and love them, no sticking, easy to clean, use them every day, and have updated with a flavorstone infusion grill.
