Flimsy and foam underlay deteriorated quickly – We bought this along with a DeLongi steam generator iron (which is great) but the ironing board is terribly flimsy. After a year or so the foam underlay gave way under the steam until we were ironing on the mesh, then the mesh started to warp so the surfae wasn't flat and finally a weld on one leg failed and the whole thing collapsed.
