I've been toasted – Just cheap, junk that is unable to go the distance. After a year it started to be inconsistent, then one side just packed up in all areas. Will never buy a DeLonghi product again, the plastic clip on your bread packaging is engineered better, will last longer and is worth more than this complete waste of time and money. Looks Unserviceable, poor quality
