Model CTM 4023 Keeps Everyone Happy – I love this 4 slice toaster. We use it for white bread, wholemeal, muffins, crumpets and raisin toast with the muffins and crumpets requiring a little more heat. Cleaning is easy by removing the two crumb trays at the back then giving the toaster a good shake to remove any larger particles which may have become lodged inside. If for some reason, a slice of toast doesn't pop up fully to be easily removed, a quick upward movement of the lever lifts it up a little more. Having 4 slices toasting at once is a real time saver in the morning.

Hot hot hot x 2! – You can't have the Delonghi 4 slice toaster without the matching Kettle. Again, definitely a statement Item for the kitchen. I love that there are 2 different settings for the 4 slices, which keeps the Brown toast, and the white toast lovers happy throughout the house. A very beautiful and functional item for the kitchen all in one. It looks awesome.

Terrible – This toaster looks good and that is about it. It was useless and a waste of money, as it worked fine for about a month and then the buttons started failing - if you're looking for a toaster, please do yourself a favour and keep looking. Looks good Defrost button jammed on one side, cancel button never seemed to work, toast settings were pretty random

Terrible – No longer will I purchase products from yhis manufacturer. It is the second product of theirs that has broken down in a short space of time. The other was their kettle which started leaking at the base within the first 12 months. Regrettably they hide behind their very limited warranty. Stylish appearance but that is where it all ends. Toasts unevenly and the second lot of 'slots' stopped functioning recently despite the fact that is less than 3 three years old.
