short life span – This oven is not long lasting. Self cleaning function would not unlock the door after 12 hours - Delonghi replaced the oven. The replacement oven heating element burnt out after 3 years, Delonghi covered it under warranty and now within 24 months it has burnt out again. Delonghi have not returned my calls or emails. I would not recommend a Delonghi oven.

Great for Self Cleaning – As ovens go, it goes just like any other oven. Benefit of this one, is the pyrolytic function - self cleaning. It heats up to a very high temperature, pulverises any grime and after its cooled down, just wipe clean. The rack holders are moulded into the oven, so no removing them. Temperature knob drops off continuously. Heating element has been replaced under warranty. Easy cleaning - moulded rack holders - easy function (setting clock, timer, etc) Cover plate for temperature knob keeps falling off. Advice from the sales rep was to 'super glue' it back on.
