Two replacement fan elements and jammed Shelf supports – This oven has required 2 replacement fan elements and now a shelf support is jamming. I cannot buy the right side shelf support rails. Delonghi took 6 months to get an answer that they are no longer made. They won't tell me the name of the manufacturer. From our experience, the Delonghi product is not well made. Delonghi Customer Service could be improved, too.

Excellent – Love this oven and think that it was such a great investment. It is really eacy to clean inside and out. Looks great and cooks evenly, very quiet cooker. could be bigger internally - doesn't fit the extra large baking dishes. Not a huge issue, bought a new roasting pan which was the only thing I had that didn't fit.
