no good top to bottom – Hardly use the noisy thing, fan sound if the thing wants to take off and the rubber seals have come off so you are cooking outside the housing, plus the things takes forever to stop.Will not ever buy anything from them again. So please avoid the thing, not worth a cent.

Never again – I have to agree whole heartedly with the other comments. I now too have noisy fan, melted controls because I did not want to grill with the door closed (so that problem is my fault). I thought that this make would be reliable. I will avoid DeLonghi products in the future.

Horrible – Never ever buy a delonghi oven ever again. Started having problems in the first year and even under extended warranty insisted on repair. Then same problem again, and again repaired. Yes then the same problem again and then again. Every 1 to 2 years same problem. Useless piece of rubbish. Customer service appaling. Stay away from delonghi ovens and maybe stay away from all delonghi products. Rubbish!!!!

Do not buy - Worst Support ever – I have had this oven for less then a year, the door seals broke and something so simple should be quick to replace right. Wrong 7 weeks later and finally fixed. Noisy, smokes alot. not happy at all. It's junk wish i never purchased it! Bing Lee did not help either even given they are suppose to manage the repair process. Will not be buying a Delonghi again or shopping at Bing Lee Looks and that is where it ends Delonghi Support!

Terrible – I would not recommend buying this product under any circumstances. Do not be taken in by the good looks. If a double oven is important to you (as it is to me) then do some more research. too noisy (takes at least 30 mins for the fan to stop post cooking) and although a previous reviewer said to disconnect the fan that would mean the heat will not be evenly distributed around the oven so it won't work properly. I've also had issues with a lot of smoke inside the oven when cooking at higher temperatures.

Good looking oven – We use it for 2.5 years. No problems. Suddenly the top cooling fan started to make noise like a coffee grinder. Luckily we had extended warranty and the fan has been replaced. The fan looked OK. May be there is an issue with the bearings. Or one cheap and nasty part can ruin the whole effort of the designers. Stop cutting the corners and installing unreliable parts........ good looking oven Cheap and unriable cooling fan.

Hate this product – We fitted a new kitchen and used all Delonghi products. The oven door seals started leaking and had to be replaced at 3 months. the fan has been noisey from from day 1 and Delonghi won't reply to any corrospondance. before the warranty run out, then it went in the bin and replaced it with a Kambrook that has never faulted.

What realy rips my undies is that Delonghi don't want to know about it. I will never have another Delonghi product in the house once all this crap has been binned. Absolutly nothing Expensive , patch up until warranty ran out.
