Don't Buy One!! – Thought this machine would be good as it was reasonably priced had a good water rating. Unfortunately it was a mistake. Don't buy one!!! Not enough words to explain why... Show details

Noisy and broken – It was noisy; the first thing to break was the power button - which became very difficult to use and keep depressed (switched on). Then the pump solenoid failed. We got that replaced. A few months later the pots & pans cycle (needed for regular dishwasher cleaning cycles) stopped working - indicating that the heating element had failed to heat up… Read more

in time. We put up with that until the main pump failed - and all it would do is fill with water and then drain.

We knew the motor burned out because it smelt bad.

De-longhi not what it seems rubbish – I researched which dishwasher tp purchase and at the right price so we decided to purchase a delonghi because of its reputation. ...fool me this machine soon started giving us trouble. First the On /off power switch that had tp be replaced three times. Then the door sides seal they came loose they had to be glued then just one month after the… Read more

warranty finished the bottom door seal sewelled and the machine started to leak . The replacement seal requires the complete replacement of the door skin at $380. It's cheaper to replace the machine then to repair it.

So my advice is don't buy delonghi they maybe designed in Italy but the are built in china. You can buy a bunning replica for half the price and they work as well if not better then this machine. Delonghi is rubbish.

5/1/16

Oh how i delonge to get rid of this..so after 4 years of misery it is going to where all delonghi rubbish belongs ...the metal recyclers in comes a new Westinghouse. ?.yeepee

Horrible machine – The worst dishwasher I have bought recommended by salesman at Clive Peters. Takes two and a half hours to complete a cycle. On Off button stopped working early, took two weeks to get a replacement. Rubber seal around door keeps falling off, tried super glue which did not work. Very noisy when working. A Chinese made cheap machine which is terrible. Do not buy. Nothing See above comments

Terrible Dishwasher – This is the worst dishwasher we've ever used. It takes over 2 hours to do a normal load (and over 2 1/2 for a heavy load), and even then it's rare to get a finished load of dishes that are completely clean. I've used dishwasher cleaners (including CLR) thinking that it may have had blocked drains, but with no success. Most of the time, it takes… Read more

about half a dozen pushes of the on/off button to get it to stick. It doesn't fit larger plates, and the design of the top rack means that glasses and mugs fall over unless we put a full row in so they can hold each other upright. It has now started coming up with error messages and I hope the landlords decided to get a different type of dishwasher because this one is just useless. Might as well save the water, powder and time and wash by hand. nothing loads take too long; noisy; rarely cleans a load completely; can't handle larger plates

Reliable simple dishwasher – Bought second hand 3yrs ago, its been in constant use and cleans well provided the dishes are rinsed before going in. It does struggle with big plates, but otherwise is a good dishwasher. This washer is free standing so you can put things on top of it. The longer cycle does work better than the medium one. Reliable. Can't fit big plates.

I would never recommend them..

It's a dog – This dishwasher started leaking all over the floor within a few months. I am always treading in pools of water on the kitchen floor. The glasses are smeared and filthy when they come out and it doesn't handle saucepans at all. The on/off button often won't stay down and the cutlery basket regularly falls apart. I can't keep the back row bottom… Read more

shelf upright to use for plates etc. I put it on the "quick" 1 hour 8 minute cycle and havent noticed any difference in cleanliness from the 2.5 hour cycle. This is a dog of a dishwasher and I will never buy a Delonghi product ever again.

Worst Appliance I have ever had – Dishes come out completely filthy, I wash the dishes first and put them in the dish washer for rinsing and so they have somewhere to dry. The nobs on the top shelf are constantly falling off and the dishwasher derailing. Large plates will not fit properly. It takes 2 1/2 hours for a normal cycle, even then dishes are so dirty afterwards. … Read more

Noisy. You cant leave it on at night because of the incessant beeping when the cycle is finished. I resent giving this dishwasher a 1 but there is no lower score

Doesn't clean dishes, breaks often

Don't waste your money on this product – Takes at least 2 and a half hours for a standard clean and even then does not clean well. Wheels came off upper basket and have attempted to order replacements three times but each time the incorrect part has come back. Now it seems the replacement part does not exist. Would have to be the worst dishwasher I have ever owned. Slow, noisy, replacement parts impossible to fid

Don't waste your money on this product – A standard wash takes over 2 hours and no matter what type of dishwashing powder you use, the dishes don't clean. It has broken down three times and this time I'm not going to pay for a service technician to come out - I'll save for a better product. This dishwasher has been such a disappointment. I expected much more. Only that it fitted our… Read more

budget and matched the finish of our kitchen. Everything - the main thing being that it doesn't clean dishes properly; it takes over 2 hours for a standard wash and even then the dishes remain dirty; it is noisy.

Excellent – I am very happy with this dishwasher, nice price and would recommend to others. Installation was easy, we did it ourselves. It comes with all required parts. Some dishwashers leak water from the connections, this dishwasher hasn't leaked any water. Great design, we bought it in white and it looks good in my Kitchen. This dishwasher is quiet and… Read more

Bing Lee have on sale at the moment- got it for a nice price. the reviews on here don't give this dishwasher justice.

I thought i had purchased a dud, however once installed i realised how good it was, and that it suits our needs perfectly. Clearly not every one has a bad experience with this product

Terrible – I am pleased that i am only renting the residence i am in because if i had purchased this dishwasher i would be very disappointed and would probably feel like slapping myself. Get used to washing the dishes before loading the dishwasher which will then play with them for several hours before giving them back to you. Agent tells me it is less than… Read more

Terrible – Biggest piece of crap ever! Would never buy another DeLonghi appliance again after this. If only I had axe or chainsaw, what therapy to chop the POS into small pieces. Nothing; bought because the Clive Peeters salesperson raved about it. Next time I will pay for a Miele unit from another retailer. I even paid extra for a POS 5 Year warranty ;-(… Read more

Poor design, dishes don't fit well, have to reload to get it to clean properly. Have to re-assemble the tray rollers and slides before every wash. Tray handles constantly jam against side seals. Noisy, epic cycles, repeat washes, weak plastic coated wire trays. Door never closes properly therefore has damaged all surrounding kitchen cupboards. Can't turn damn beeper off when running a cycle at night, have to get up out of bed as it beeps every few minutes and power it down. Trays constantly jam and don't slide smoothly; keep running of guides. Have to place a less than full load as tray sags and runners come away from sides.

Terrible – Avoid buying this piece of junk. I'm saving up to replace this machine ASAP, and we've only had it for 6 months. Nothing...apart from it fit into our budget when we purchased it It takes over 2 hrs for a normal wash cycle, and even then the dishes are still not clean. I'm getting sick of having to rewash the dishes! It's a noisy machine.

Terrible – If I could rate this dishwasher a zero, or even better, a minus 1, I would. It is by far the worst major appliance I have ever purchased. I am very dissapointed as we got all Delonghi appliances in our new Kitchen. The Cook top and stove are wonderfull items, can't give enough praise for out coffee maker and deep fryer (which we have had for… Read more

years).

But this dishwasher is crap! It has broken down many times due to sensors failing, or the bypass breaking. It is only 3 years old, we have stopped using it due to we have to rewash the dishes after they have gonethrough the long (2.5 hour)wash cycle.

We are going to save up to buy another dishwasher, and it won't be a Delinghi.!! It looks good. Does not fit normal sized plates, noisy, does not wash properly, does not rinse or dry, won't fit wine glasses, long wash time. Buyer beware, this is a crap dishwasher!

Terrible – We just got this delonghi DW 67S/W dishwasher 2 months ago and it has a very disappointing performance level. We had a smeg dishwasher before this which was very quiet, stacked so much better, washed in half the time and did a great job, unfortunately it broke down and then the motor went (too bad). If you don't mind washing all your dishes… Read more

before putting them in the dishwasher, (kinda defeats the purpose and wastes a lot of water), waiting 2 1/2 hours, never want to put it on before you go to bed or watch TV (very noisy if you live in an apartment or small house) then I would not recommend this dishwasher at all. It works Awkward to load especially if you like to put wine glasses in the top and have large plates down the bottom (basically you can't do both)doesn't wash dishes properly, takes over 2 hours, very noisy

Terrible – They say you get what you pay for, so if you can't buy this dishwasher very cheaply then DO NOT BUY IT! Our seal came loose within 13 months of purchasing. You can't fit normal sized dinner plates in the bottom when the top rack is in the lower position, but when you raise the top shelf you lose half the storage. Very disappointing! Cheap Just about everything else

Terrible – I had it for less than two years, it stops in the middle of the cycle occasionally with no reason, could be due to faulty controller, because the controller broken after 14 months of use, and it never stop in the middle of it again since it is replaced.
