Decent Cooktop – This cook top has given us no problems. We have been using it for over three years and it was installed in the house before we bought it. The stove heats up quickly and has indicators to show if the surface for each plate is hot. It is easy to clean. Easy to clean

Terrible – dont know if i would recommend it, maybe the one that i bought is faulty, or maybe not...but i know that i am not going to replace all my kitchenware because of the cooktop. I recommend to try out your pots and pans in a demo shop first seems ok so far except for the Cons The manual says to avoid shiny bottom pots or else the hob will keep cutting out. I have good quality stainless steel Tefal pots including a Jamie Oliver wok and guess what....when you stick the hob on High, the elements cut out every 15 seconds. I am waiting to hear what the DeLonghi service branch says about it. Stay tuned

Good – No thrilled with yet another cleaning product to do the job - but I'd buy one again, heats quickly, works well. Heats up quickly, very read and visible, no missing the fact that it's on. Like the light in the middle to show you if an off plate is still warm and should be treated carefully. Need to buy special cleanser product to clean effectively (scrubed away with sponge for ages and didn't shift it - but cleanser and paper towel works a treat)
