Terrible – First 1 delivered on June 14, physically damaged and displays the word ERR on the screen and will not work. 2nd one delivered two weeks later - same error (has also now been physically damaged by service agent trying to replace the controller board - also no longer powers on). Now waiting another 2 weeks for number 3 to be delivered. Hope this one works as as per other reviewer it's built into a brand new kitchen. The look. Six weeks after the delivery of our microwave we are yet to get one working.
