4 services in 3 years 6 months! – Oven temp control broke within a year. Two new elements needed, one within the 2 year warranty period, but I was still charged $278. Now - July 2014, another new element and 2 new hinges. Total spent in that time is $759. Repairers told me that they only use genuine parts with a full guarantee of ......3 months! The pyrolytic cleaning works well, but with this track record I would not recommend the brand. Pyrolytic cleaning see above

Terrible – I would not buy this product with hindsight. This is a terrible product and I will not be buying from this company again. It cooks? Only after 3 and 1/2 years, the oven set itself on fire. The element was faulty and caused damage to the oven, and even our meter box! It was like a mini bomb going off in my kitchen. The repairs costed about $200 all up - a company not to be trusted. The gas cook top that came with the oven was also faulty. It costed me over $1500 and I have not gotten value for money. More expensive in this case does not mean a good product. The warranty was also not good enough.
