DéLonghi PRO1100

Okay when working, heavy to use, but gets the job done – After 3 years light use it kept tripping the earth leakage curcuit breaker,had extended warranty so had the steam solenoid replaced after being in the repair shop for a long time. Now under 2 years later I have the same problem, negative response from De Longhi.Wont be purchasing any more De Longhi products. Lots of steam , ironed well. Very poor service, from De Longhi and their repair agent.

Terrible – As I mentioned above ours sparked and had flames coming out of it when in use, just months on the other side of warranty too, and the iron has now been with their repairer for the last 12 months, I'm not expecting to ever see it or hear from them again, as this will have been the third time they have tried to fix it. I went back to Delonghi who basically told me to keep going with the repairer, not what I was expecting when you spend $400 on an iron. The experience has put the other Delonghi purchases on hold in definately easy to use, made ironing a breeze poorly made, ours caught on fire
