The principal ([Name Removed]) is based in Queensland but also manages property in Western Australia - very badly. [Name Removed] has lots of qualifications and networks in the real estate/property business but appalling service provision. Diamond Strata is a one person operation. Extremely slow to respond - worse than the worst. Needs constant chasing. Has poor local information about trades etc. Our large strata will hopefully change management at the next AGM after years of suffering.

Would not recommend this company to anyone. They failed to return phone calls in a timely manner and were rude and difficult to communicate with. Overall, my experience was very disappointing. Additionally, they failed on communication with our insurance company regarding a large claim, and it took 14 months for the payment to be lodged in our account. This lack of efficiency and follow-through made a stressful situation even worse. To make matters worse, starting from January 2025, we were charged $55 for a key register that we never received or had in our possession. This billing error was never addressed despite multiple attempts to resolve the issue, adding to the overall frustration with their service. They failed to renew our insurance even though a discussion was had with them two months prior to renewal time. It was not until two months after the renewal was due that we discovered we had no insurance in place, and it took one of our strata members stepping in to secure a policy. Diamond Strata Management did absolutely nothing to rectify the situation, leaving us exposed and unsupported during that period.

Excellent – Great company, we have no complaints to make at all. Our unit has had a lot of issues over the past year and everytime something has happened, they have been on to it straight away. quick responses, strata issues dealt with promptly and efficiently, 30 days advance notice of levies due, minutes received within a week, There are no cons with this company. They are great. Can only praise their services.

Excellent – Absolutely fantastic. They are professional, polite and can't do enough to help owners and council. Their response times to phone calls, emails and maintenance issues is of a very high standard and they don't charge exorbitant fees. Highly recommended. Inexpensive Telephone calls, emails etc returned quickly Very professional Very organised none that i have found so far
