Website issues took so long to resolve that by the time I finally tried to buy the boots the sale had ended. Despite the site history clearly showing they were in my basket 48 hours before it ended. someone from Diana Ferrari responded with second rate advice which failed to take into account the details I’d emailed, when I went back the sale had ended. They won’t honour the sale price despite it being an error caused by their site. Looking at the reviews of poor quality I now feel maybe I had a lucky break!! My annoyance at being mucked about by Diana Ferrari not honouring my order was in hindsight a good thing. If you want to buy gumboots of QUALITY stick to MERRY PEOPLE, a great quality product and compared to the time wasted on this site and its responses, well worth the price. I will be returning the other 2 pairs of shoes I bought from this company via a store as I won’t support poor service and poor quality products especially at the HIGH COSTS they are charging. If you want customer loyalty Diana Ferrari then show your CUSTOMERS LOYALTY instead of hiding behind second rate excuses and email only contact. If your shoes are the same quality as your website and your customer service responses let this be a WARNING TO ALL. STAY AWAY FROM THESE BRANDS DIANA FERRARI AND SUPERSOFT they are not as good as they once were.

Very impressed. first pair arrived the day after ordering and the 2nd within 3 days. Lovely shoes - exactly what I ordered. Fit perfectly. Disappointed sale item could not be supplied and when queried after one week to say the shoes were still displayed as available was advised it take 24-48 hrs to update website. Two weeks later they are still showing as available!

the black - and in both styles I bought!! I wore Ferraris for years, probably 1980s to the 20-teens so thought great, a brand I know and trust. I'm sure glad I didn't pay $179 but even $99 on sale - given 2 pairs went to the op shop, is a lot. And then to make it even worse - the soles started crumbling. I live in a little country town, wear good shoes out occasionally and for short periods, not walking far, but on Sunday, sitting at home with friends, a pile of black crumbs was gathering on my rug - my shoes disintegrating while I was sitting still!!!!!

Supersoft brand for wide feet only – I love the supersoft brand and idea but often find the shoes too roomy on me which leads to rubbing. Be great if they could make shoes for regular and narrow feet as well as wide feet. Show details

Faulty shoe construction blamed on wear and tear – Bought a lovely pair of black suede Lisshele shoes with diamonte rivets in late 2022 for my son's wedding in 2023. Wore the shoes four times tops, May even have been only three and only for a couple of hours at a time. they could help me source a new diamonte rivet. One would assume they could track one down from one of their factories. I wasn't in a hurry. They couldn't so offered a full refund. Then when I asked if they wanted me to return them they changed their mind because they said they were purchased outside the refund timeframe. I didn't provide a receipt. They were able to track my purchase from my name and email I assume. Interesting that they could do that but not track down a replacement rivet!!! I pointed out they are not fit for purpose and that I can't wear them now. Got offered 25% on cobbler repair. Where is a cobbler going to find the same rivet? Or, 25% off a new pair if shoes because it was assessed as wear and tear. I sent photos of the shoes in perfect condition, except I have now noticed the heel is already starting to deteriorate. The quality is obviously very poor for $169.00 pair of shoes. Eventually told to source my own similar rivet, which I can't of course. Lost me as a loyal customer. Very disappointed I now have a lovely looking but unwearable pair of expensive shoes. Honestly, who would put unscrewable rivets on shoes. They should be fixed in place!! You would think they would want to help genuine customers seeking a simple solution but it's all about the money. Makes me very angry. I would have continued as a loyal customer and spent a lot more money in future but will show my feelings with my feet and never walk in their stores again. Customer service is such an simple solution but they just don't get the concept and obviously don't care about their customer. That's retail for you.

For example – pressure, type of surface you generally walk on, the amount of walking you do (how many KM's you walk daily) and the way you walk (lift your feet, dragging your feet, etc.)….Please feel free to take them to a local cobbler if you would like further advice! They might be able to provide you with possible options. However, we cannot guarantee that a cobbler will be able to repair. On this occasion, taking the timeframe into consideration and that our Assessment Team have deemed this general wear and tear, we will not be able to assist you further.“ This is the exact same response as another complaint on this site! The reason I put this into a review is to remind you - buyer be aware and price does not always mean quality! My $199 boots should not need repair in under 6 months (mostly worn in the office). I am really disappointed as they are really comfortable and the leather is nice, however the soles are terrible and don't wear well at all.

Shoddy quality and fit – Returned shoes which were poor quality - leather stitching unravelled, fit is sloppy and completely different to previous identical pair brought 8 years back. Wished the shoes had fitted as they were a great price but customer service was good as was the returns process. Very disapointed by Diana Ferrari. 2 days after I ordered a pair of boot while it was on sale, they cancel my order saying that it's not available in my size, however still after 2 weeks their website shows another 3+ pairs of the boot is available in my size but the price is double. They cancelled my order to sell the boot in more price. Very dudgy and unethical behaviour. Never buy their product again

. Must be something in the leather process or glue. So embarrassing they can't be worn. Very sad that this has happened as the designs are still lovely but I will no longer purchase.

Avoid buying online – Shockingly bad customer service. Ordered four pairs of shoes online on the diana ferrari website - received four pairs of completely different brands of shoes, only one brand diana ferrari - but not the shoes that I ordered. Ordered early to receive the shoes in time for holiday, now no shoes as I'm about to leave on holiday.

when I tried them quickly. But it was some weeks later when I was out in a party with those shoes on and suddenly I realised one of the shoes has a different pattern in the middle of it and it is very obvious. So I feel very self concious when I wear those. Never again shoes online for me.

exchanged for a bigger size but they don't do exchanges. The result was I could not order the black shoes again as they no longer had my size. I had to pay an extra $30 for the tan pair of shoes that I ordered a few weeks ago. Very bad customer service. I will not be ordering online from this company again.

Shoes were mis-sized – I ordered a pair of tangerine flats from Diana Ferrari. They were the last ones available so I was happy to get them. When the shoes arrived they seemed pretty tight but I looked at the size on the inside of the shoe, it indicated they were the correct size. I assumed I might have to wear them a couple of times to stretch them out. They were not the correct size - they never stretched out - and I now have to give them away. Show details

There’s clearly something wrong with that. I recently went to a shoe repair place to have my boots repaired, yes another pair of Diana Ferrari’s I haven’t had long and even they commented on how the quality of your shoes is becoming poor. Their exact words were ‘the prices go up, the quality goes down’ I won’t be buying your shoes again.

extremely difficult to get on with the narrow opening and OMG even harder to get off.... I absolutely regret the purchase :-( Diana Ferrari designers really should've put more effort into the practicality of the ease of putting this ankle boot on and off... maybe a zip at the back or side... It definitely left me with anxiety. I'm tossing up whether to keep them or sell them as second hand now. Buyer beware. Try before your buy!

sandals to sneakers and unfortunately not one of them fit correctly. I purchased my normal size in all, and even went up a size in the sandals, however my foot was so cramped and even after only trying them on I was left with red marks on my feet. seemed well. Within a few wears, again I could not keep them on my feet, as they had stretched out so much. I contacted DF for advice & was offered a refund if I returned them. I replied & asked for an address to do this. Then they reneged on the offer & said I could only return if they were new & unworn. DF clearly did not care about my issue & intimated maybe I hadn’t chosen the right size. This shows that they do not care about genuine customer experience with their product. It’s a shame as they have some nice designs & I wanted to wear their shoes.

Quality has dropped – Supersoft shoes are now a slightly smaller size and the leather is thinner and not as good quality. Very disappointed, as they feel so different to my last pair. I will probably change brands now.

Velcro buckles on shoes don't last rendering the shoes useless – I purchased the Majesta SuperSoft shoes with the velcro buckle thinking it would be easier than constantly doing up and undoing the buckle. However, the Velcro fails to stick and the shoes keep falling off making them impossible to wear. I received no help at all when I explained the problem to Customer Care. I strongly suggest you don't waste your money on these shoes.

Good Shoes For Immediate Use – Diana Ferrari produces good leather shoes that have comfortable fit and soles. The vinyl lining inside their shoes, however, disintegrate after a few years. The vinyl coating flakes off as one wears them. Hence, I recommend using their shoes as soon as one buys them but not keep them only for infrequent special occasions. Show details

Shoes not comfortable – I have worn Supersoft Diana Ferrari for years.I wore the Bounce style which was a beautiful shoe to wear.Like wearing a pair of slippers.Did not need socks.I recently purchased Supersoft in the Pia style as Bounce was not available.Very disappointing.Very uncomfortable.Hard on feet.Caused blistering.May have to wear socks and persevere.If no improvement.I will have to find another pair of shoes.Not happy after paying good money for them. Show details
