DSE CD, AM/FM Micro HiFi System

I was seeking assistance – the volume control had failed, having no control, and volume being full on. I assumed it was either an open or short cct around the trim-pot, and was trying to obtain a cct diagram. I replaced the trim-pot with a 10kohm (a guess) but this did not fix the problem.The system is about 5yrs old. I really liked the RIP function, being able to transfer my old LP's onto a memory stick, and transfer to a CD. steering through your assistance system was complex, and unfruitful. Either a cct diagram was unavailable, or not to be released
