The management in Perth is shamelessly unprofessional, using tactics such as starring you down and just general rudeness to try and intimidate you into taking jobs that are not worth your time and certainly nowhere close to what they claim you can earn in their ads.

Dangerous Driving by a Direct Courier driver – On Monday the 9th of July 2024 I had stopped at the signal around 4.30pm in the right lane on Julius Avenue, North Ryde turning left onto Delhi Road. the first lane on the right. There are only 2 lanes on Delhi Road at this juntution. The Direct Courier driver instead of turning into the lane on the left drove straight across me into the 1st lane on the right. If I had not been watching and anticpating what happened, there could have been a serious crash. I had to brake suddenly and honked, but the arrogant driver didn't even bother to apologise and drove off. It seems that this driver dosen't really care about road rules and is a danger to others on the road. I have camera footage of this driver and will be submitting the same to the police. I hope Direct Couriers have policies and procedures in place that their couriers are held to and that this is just a rouge driver. Please refer to the image showing the lanes. I was in the center lane with my indicators showing that I was turning left. The center lane has arrows that indicate that you can turn left as well as drive straight.

Dishonest and unreliable – Direct Couriers sent me a duplicate of an order from Emma - apparently Emma did not know about this. Several months later I advised Emma and they asked DC to organise collection. DC claims that they have tried to contact me using multiple numbers - none of which register any missed calls. Courier customer service and could never get through the line, I then emailed. And received a response advising my order will be redelivered, and asked what time best suits. To which I responded with Tuesday 10th Oct or Friday 13th Oct. I was then told the order will be delivered on Tuesday.

On Tuesday I waited the order that never came, and reached out to Fast Courier's customer service again asking if the delivery was happening, and there was no response. Wednesday morning I reached out again asking when delivery is happening, and again no response.

Then Wednesday afternoon I again received a call out of nowhere advising my order is getting delivered as of now. Despite that I had clearly indicated I can only do Tuesday or Friday, and had asked if these times work for them and got the confirmation. Again as this is unexpected , no one was home to receive it.

I reached out to the same customer service person, who this time responded promptly advising now I have to contact Emma to arrange redelivery, because the courier company "only attempts to deliver twice", apparently despite their responsibility in delivering at times customer had clearly indicated would not work, they hold the customer accountable for their failure to plan ahead.

I have to say while Fast Courier's customer service is mostly irresponsive, they are pretty quick to start an argument with customers, which was what happened as I was asking why am I hold accountable for their mismatched delivery time.

uncompassionate man left my father to carry these boxes in by himself which was insanely reprehensible. This man should not have a job.

You can pick up a phone and they do action things but occasionally get it wrong but very rare. I would strongly recommend Direct couriers they are a sensational company. Show details

WORST EVER SERVICE-BEWARE OF EVER USING THIS SERVICE – I tracked my delivery, it stated picked up from Moorabbin first thing Friday morning, posted to be delivered that same day. my delivery went from South Eastern suburb to Northern Suburbs and back to South Eastern Suburb where the driver lives. My delivery is in the Eastern Suburbs. I was promised a 9am delivery Monday I doubt if I will see before midday. I have had to arrange to be home on Friday and now again Monday. NOWHERE NEAR GOOD ENOUGH SERVICE FOR ANYONE TO USE THIS SERVICE.

matter, I said behind the side gate out of sight. I received a photo of delivery and it was left at the front door in View. I rushed to get home and was home within 20 minutes and the Bed and mattress was stolen. This is totally sus as they are 3 bulky, heavy packages, someone waking by can't exactly pick it up and walk down the street. Both the courier and Emma have wiped their hands of it. If delivery had been delayed as asked I could have arranged to be home. I believe the courier took the photo and then reloaded the bed back into his truck. I have one neighbour home with Covid and the other working in his front yard and they only saw the delivery van. At the very least it should have been put as requested out of view behind the side gate.

Do not trust this courier company – Several issues with the delivery of my Emma mattress. 1. Delivered to wrong address. 2. Despite requiring a signature in order to leave the package, no signature was obtained as I was not home and nor was the person to whom the mattress was delivered. email that the package had been safely delivered and signed for by me. Impossible considering I was not home and the mattress was not even delivered to my address! The person living at the address to which the mattress was delivered, confirmed he was also not home and did not sign for delivery. No signature could be produced when I asked for evidence, and the "proof of delivery" photo was of a road taken through the windscreen of a car/van - it could have been any street anywhere. Direct Couriers customer service and Emma Sleep customer service both unresponsive ad unhelpful. Resolved directly between myself and the person to whom the mattress was delivered. 3. A second mattress was sent to me, however again taken to the wrong address (despite the correct address being included on the order). This time the gentleman at that address was home, refused delivery and told the driver to take it to my address. Instead of doing so, the driver apparently took the mattress downstairs and left it at the bottom of the apartment complex. 4. Again I received a falsely fabricated email confirmation from Direct Couriers stating that the mattress had been safely delivered and that I had signed for it. Again, impossible given the mattress was never brought to my flat and even it was, I was not home to sign for it. No evidence of signature, photo for proof of delivery this time was of the inside handle of a car/van door. The mattress has gone missing - no one knows what has happened to it but it certainly was not delivered to me. Do NOT trust this courier company or their delivery drivers with your parcels!

Terrible Service – Told product was delivered. No it wasn't. It was sent back to depot. Called them 4 times on 4 different days and told the same story. It will be delivered today, tomorrow or will 'attempt' to deliver. It never came. Ended up going to depot and collecting myself. Poor poor service. No apology. No explanation. Will never use them again!!! – I send a shipment to my customer once a month with Direct Couriers. office called me on the Wednesday morning saying there was zero chance of getting my collection picked up. When I flagged that my items were actually waiting since Friday and asked where my collection was in the priority it said that he had bigger and more regular customers that pay more that had placed orders today that take priority over mine. Long story short, money talks with Direct Couriers so if you are spending up big with them then don't waste your time.

Ordered a triple express did not even deliver – Ordered a triple express point to point delivery assume it would be delivered to my suprise my customer rang to say did not receive Chased with CS driver did not get there on time-muted point as my CX stayed until 6.30pm. Absolutely no pro-activeness by customer service or driver to inform us of non delivery. Not reliable if it needs to get there.
