a ClearBlue test that I knew I was in fact pregnant only to lose the the pregnancy 48 hrs later (7 weeks post conception).

Opinions of the doctors' who took care of me at that time was that I most likely lost it due having taken all the medication being prescribed to me for what we now know were somewhat extreme pregnancy symptoms...

Had I not trusted Discover Onestep I would have had another test - asked my GP for a blood test and I would not have lost the pregnancy...

Please DO NOT rely on this test if you get a negative - trust your instincts and get another brand or ask your GP to give you a blood test.

Oh yes, and for those who may think it was a chemical pregnancy, ectopic etc... It was not - according to results of the blood tests I had as i was starting to miscarry - all hormone levels were absolutely normal... simple but I found it to be slightly less relaible when used early than other brands. Easy to use, available almost everywhere, not overly expensive. I found that I had a couple of false posiitves when used before due day.

I was due and it said negative. I was too nervous to try another brand in case it also said neg and confirmed no pregnancy. After 10 days I tested again and bingo. This test was supposed to pick up signs before your period is due. But everybody is different with different levels of hormones, and I have heard of early detection tests not detecting.

Excellent – i used about four of these tests to confirm i was pregnant as i just didn't believe that i was and finally when i went to the doctors on the monday he said if the home test says you are you are that is how accurate they, and i was 8 weeks pregnant. i will definatly buy this again when trying for the next baby reasonable price. easy to follow… Read more

instutions and very easy to use. it does say to wait till morning to see if you are whcih can be a long time to wait when your dying to know.

except it helps others (husband/partner/parents)feel more comfortable handling it if you use it to announce your pregnancy to others....takes away the ick factor and allows you to store it more effectively for longer to take to a doctors appointment or such.

Excellent – My preferred test. It said I was pregnant before my period was due. They're not the cheapest, but are better value than a lot of others I've tried. Great for early testing None I can think of

Excellent – Oh how i love this product. It was with this product that i discovered i was pregnant. At first i didnt believe it so i tried the second time and sure i was. reasonable price aswell i have an irregular hormone problem and had an incident where i got a falso positive reading but im sure that was caused by me and not the test itself

Good – I have found this item to give much more of an accurate result than some of its competitors. pregnant and it was accurate both times. I have recommended it to many people. It has simple to follow instructions that explains how to use it and how to determine if you are pregnant or not. With excellent technology it seems to be very reliable. I haven't found any cons with this product.
