Pros: Excellent quality finish and fit.
Overall: Fabulous boots. Their quality excells almost every other brand or type of ugg boot I've ever bought (and I've gone through a quite a few). Their outdoor sole means I can walk around outside in confidence that I won't slip, and coupled with their ugg boot protection spray, I'm also confident that my boots will last as long as possible. I'm really impressed with their off the shelf products, but I was absolutely delighted with the pair of custom mady Roxy Boots I bought from them last year. Being a nurse, I tend to have trouble finding tall boots that fit due to my large calf muscles.
However, their managing director [name removed], is the most helpful lady I've ever come across, and not only did she make sure that I got the BEST fitting pair of tall boots I've ever bought, she moved heaven and earth to make sure I got them in time for my trip away. I am eternally grateful. So give them a go - I promise you will be thoroughly impressed with both the quality, and the service.

Overall: What an awesome company. I found their products of the highest quality, outstanding range to choose from. The customer service was unbeatable and the shipping was very quick. Could not find a fault. Highly recommended.
